HORRIBLE STAFF, Blonde cashier in the front super disrespectful and rude all because I asked for a water cup. Which she told me they don't have yet there was a pack right under her. This is why she will forever be a cashier

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and chicken. The food was drenched in pepper. The heat was crippling. I couldn't eat it. Very disappointed that I spent money on this.

The staff are too distracted, and it’s affecting the whole experience. They let the burrito tortilla get hard and don’t even notice that the soda machine is out of syrup…making the drinks taste like medicine. 🤮 The service across the entire store is suffering because of this lack of attention. For the prices we’re paying, the quality and service should be much better. Very disappointed.

I went to get a bowl and this cheap ass worker said 3 scoops of rice was extra rice the shit wasn't even enough rice every scoop

Im the last person to come online and leave a bad review but as someone who works in customer service and hospitality this place needs new workers. They're always out of absolutely everything like beans, chips, guacamole etc and the workers are so rude about it it's crazy

This is about the fourth or fifth time I come to this chipotle and the restaurant is immaculately clean, but they never have enough food to serve. I am going to add a picture of what they add to the front of the restaurant! makes me think that the people in there just don’t wanna work and dirty the place up. It is Monday evening 7:30 PM when everyone is looking for a place to have dinner how can you not have these items? Very disappointed

I’ve been to most chipotle in Miami, I eat at least 3 times a week and this is the crappiest chipotle I’ve ever been, only chicken, dry old looking beans, no cups for water, the guy in front of me wanted veggies and of course they were out, the dining room is discussing, I’m never eating here again.

The service is quite good compared to the Homestead restaurant which is a disaster, only that they give you very little food much less than what they have established by the company, I mean they want to save the company money instead of serving the portions as they are, Also, nothing there is cheap, but hey...... we will continue to inform you.

Night Shift at Chipotle needs to be supervised. Staff had a poor attitude. The serving area was very messy and dirty. Every time a bowl passed through it, the bottom of the bowl would get dirty. I also heard one of the cashiers say “don’t worry about switching gloves with the long line we have right now”. The past 3 times I’ve visited has not been a great experience and they never have cups for water.
