Worst Chipotle in Dade County. I’m glad there is a new one opening on Old Cutler because sadly this is the closest to my house. Workers have bad attitudes and they never give you the right amount of food. Don’t even think about ordering online, all the bad reviews about half-filled bowls are 100% correct. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
I can guarantee if they even respond, it’ll be the same copy and paste as other bad reviews. They don’t care, so just don’t give them your business anymore.

It was mad dirty inside, they were out of EVERY MEAT except chicken/ NO BEANS/ NO BROWN RICE. The workers were so rude. Dont be mad at me because YALL out of food…? Then got the nerve to give my husband a lick of chicken and gave me chicken when i didn’t ask, then gonna try n pick it off with her sticky 3 hour old gloves ..? 0/5 stars. Chipotle has to court people better.

The new hires seemed unprepared — they didn’t appear to know how to properly make or fold a burrito, and communication was difficult since the new lady didn’t speak English. It’s important that staff receive proper training before serving customers, as this experience was quite disappointing. This has always been our go-to spot in the area, but unfortunately, this visit was frustrating, and we’re hesitant to return.

The worst Chipotle I have been to, sadly. Not clean, slow service (not that busy), out of a lot of ingredients (sour cream, fajita veggies). Drinks station was a mess. ALL of the tables needed bussing and cleaning. There appeared to be at least 4 employees. Maybe it's a mismanagement issue. Also, the food that I normally get tasted worse than usual. Bland and not as fresh.

There is a Bad smell at the entrance.
Doors need to be washed or at least cleaned.
Warn people that there are no toppings for the bowls and the price is the same. This way is customer’s choice to let your employees to start serving. The Guacamole was available for extra charge.
I visited this location at 9 pm and I left very disappointed. Closed at 11 pm

If you place an order for pickup they will get your order wrong 90% of the time and most likely have it ready late as well.***2025 update**** They are still late with orders but now they ignore you while you wait for your online pickup food that's clearly sitting on the counter. Then when you ask them for you're food they give you attitude. Then when you get home... Surprise they packaged the wrong order. Ridiculous.

Older lady manning the front serving the customers at 9:30PM on October 1st got a horrible attitude. I asked for pico and she said no but if I asked if there's some on the side she sighed and rolled her eyes like it was a big hassle. Sorry I wanna make my bowl that I pay for the way I want it?? Then I asked for the new red chimichurri and she said yall don't have it. If yall don't have it then why when I payed for my food another man asked a different employee and he went and grabbed it on the side in one of the lower cabinets and gave it to him. Lady if you're too lazy and miserable at your job YOU applied for then quit, simple.

Every time I come to this Chipotle, it’s a disappointment. The place is always dirty, and the staff doesn’t bother cleaning the food line after themselves. They constantly mess up my order, and when I try to address it, the customer service is non-existent. On top of that, when I ask (and pay) for double chicken, I don’t even get a full scoop. This location needs serious improvement in cleanliness, attention to detail, and basic respect for customers.
