We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was amazing! The party attendant was so helpful, kind and attentive. You get so much for the money, there isn’t anything as good and entertaining for that price tag in Miami. I usually make a cake for the kids birthdays but decided I’ll make one on her actual birthday and not for the party and I ordered a Chuck E. Cheese cake. It was also very inexpensive and taste like a box mix chocolate cake and something similar to Duncan Hines frosting. Delicious! I thought it would taste more like a gross store bought cake and I actually ate some. The pizza was great! I had more than six kids but it’s 99 dollars for two hours of unlimited play for six children, 1000 extra tickets for the bday girl, a birthday blast, live performance, they bring out the cake, sing happy birthday, clean up and provide all the plates/ cups/ drinks. All her guests had a blast and so did the birthday girl!

Family Fun Adventures
Tried to have fun with the kids but half the games are broken! It's a waste of money. The photo booth never gives the picture, the hop and stack button doesn't work, the tippin bloks platform is ALWAYS tipped you can't make it flat.... you get the picture. Worst chuck e cheese experience and we love chuck e cheese and go often.

We have had some discomfort with some of the service people on some occasions, but taking into account that they are super young people and are learning, I don't think it is something to give a bad review to the place, the manager Janet has always been very friendly and always tries to resolve all the problems that arise, it is true that at times it is more serious than at others. I want to assume that it is because of the workload, especially on weekends, that there are more children and consequently more things to supervise. In general it is a good place for children to hang out.

I counted about 6 games that have been malfunctioning for months now. We pay for the kids to come and play and many of their favorite games are not working properly or out of service….
Today I went to enjoy some time with my family. We had a great time and workers were very nice and helpful, Everyone expect their manager who’s name might be “Janet”.in my opinion she should work as a security guard and not as a manager at Chuck E. Cheese by the way she talks to people..specially kids. She was a bit too serious and strict, she probably forgot she works in a place where “KIDS” are just going to act like “KIDS”. My brother who has down syndrome and autism was jumping on the trampoline and like any other person he would get tired and stop and sit and not even 5 seconds after she would tell him very serious and consistent to “STAND UP” my brother would also stop jumping when younger kids were on the trampoline to not jump too hard when the younger kids were on the trampoline and again “STAND UP” “JUMP” several times. In my believe there’s nothing wrong with “NOT JUMPING” for a couple of seconds. She tried arguing with my sister and I about us “skipping” she said, when all we were doing was just minding our own business and getting in line for a second time since we were trying to find a coupon for our food.

Few people attending. The wait time to enter is incredible, only one person serving. And to receive the food too. My son had an incident on August 31 at 2:19pm when a child hit him until I picked up my 4 year old son. When we were told that we were leaving and that they should return us on August 9th because we had paid, we were told and they did nothing. He was given the head by the people who gave him, I don't know if they are from his tik tok or what intention. My son swung it so hard it hit him in the head.
