The cookies tasted amazing, I had dropped the box and they gave me new and fresh cookies again for free! Definitely my favorite sweet cookies spot in Miami, 10/10 indeed!!!

Terrible phone etiquette I called twice both in the morning & in the afternoon and phone times I was spoken to very rudely & they hung up without a proper goodbye. Never visiting this location again employees need to be retrained on how to work in hospitality

I ordered some cookies online for the Super Bowl, and it was supposed to be that if you order them and choose the ones you want and place the order, they should give you the cookies you bought. When I went to pick up the cookies, they told me that the ones I had ordered were sold out, and they made me choose from the ones they had left. I don't think it's fair that if you place an order and pay for it, they give you whatever cookies they want instead of the ones you ordered. I'm giving it one star just so I can share my experience with this place and warn others not to buy online, as it's a scam.

terrible customer service. i ordered online and i received the wrong cookie so i went inside the store so i could get that fixed and a worker very rudely grabbed the cookie out of the box without gloves, that the whole entire box almost fell out, and switched the cookie. she spoke to me in a terrible way. cookies where great but the service was definitely terrible.

I was greeted when I entered the shop. One employee appeared to be working alone. When I went to pay, I had the tip option set up, but before completing the transaction I checked my Crumbl rewards and realized I had enough points for a free cookie. Because of that, I didn’t get a chance to leave a tip.
As I was leaving, I noticed a “Now Hiring” sign and asked if Crumbl was hiring. She responded “no,” and before I could say anything further, she turned around with an abrupt attitude and walked away.
