The cookies are good and clients light up when they see the box. But this is the second time (first time what’s the store in Doral ) that I order online expecting to have my order ready when I come in, and 3 things happen at both locations: 1- The order was not ready 2- They did not have all the cookies they offered online so I have to replace them on the spot 3- They could not print the thank you note I wrote for my client.
I’ll take my business to another vendor like Night Owl. Also, when you check out online, they suggest adding a tip and I wonder what’s the tip for….
