The last time I ate there, I asked for a plate of Cuban churrasco with fries, oh suddenly they have brought me a uncooked raw steak it had blood even through I asked for a well completed well done churrasco, they actually messed up my order y I don’t recommend anyone to come to this restaurant y I had an awful experience 🤦‍♂️

Small portions when ordered for delivery. Food was not edible and found hair in my Cesar!! Charged me for beans when they didn’t have any. Thankfully DoorDash refunded!!! Lady taking orders was very rude and unprofessional!!

First time coming and we had a great experience. The food was great (highly recommend the paella and vaca frita). The bread service is superior to other restaurants, since the bread was served warm, toasted and with plenty of delicious butter! The staff was courteous and attentive.The location is family friendly and cozy. Great spot for Cutler Bay locals!

The foods is amazing but if you are not hispanic forget it. I am a spanish speaking black woman. The women in the Cafe window will always be disrespectful. They come serve the others and never acknowledge a payng black customer first. It's disgusting. For the past 20 years I have lived in the area and enjoyed the food but recently the CUSTOMER service is bias. No thank you. You don't get to assume that I'm not bilingual, you can't ignore me.
Yes, if I'm not happy I have a choice.
