There was a homeless man who made the experience very uncomfortable. Restaurant did not tell the man to leave and it created a very hostile environment. Was very disappointed

Such a shame that this place has slowly gone down hill, the food used to be amazing years ago but the quality has steadily decreased, wouldn’t eat if I got paid to.

When the man was taking my order I asked for enchiladas with GREEN sauce for my daughter. When it came the sauce was red and the man told me he didn’t give me it with the sauce we wanted because it was going to be to spicy for my daughter. If I order something I expect it to be what I asked for and not what they think I will and will not eat.

Ernesto's is a fantastic taco spot! Their al pastor tacos are amazing, and the carne asada's great, too. They have a self-serve salsa bar with several different options, along with a pretty cozy little seating area inside for anyone dining in. The prices are definitely reasonable, too, with most of the three taco combos falling in the $10 range.

The food is very good, I went for more than 2 months once a week, because it is what is close to my house from work at night, but I don't go anymore, the boy who serves a white guy with light eyes always tells you He serves in a bad way, if you don't leave a tip he leaves you waiting even if your food is already there, on one occasion another boy served me and he was very kind, he didn't even ask me for a tip, the boy with a bad face gives you the tablet with the tip so that he can Leave it, my food was takeout and orders were over $100 and I didn't leave a tip because the young man always gave me a bad look so I'm sorry I won't try your delicious Mexican food again, I'm sorry🤷‍♀️

What happened guys? 40 min to get our food ! And the 10 people after us all got their food . We had to go up to the counter and you guys forgot about us . Been going here for years with my fire crew . I noticed the boss wasn’t working today. Maybe if he was there things may have been better ? AND I also ordered 5 tacos to go and I should have opened the box but was in a hurry because we were running late …. And there was only 4 tacos WTH . And I left a pretty nice tip
When I payed ….. uhhhh

The first time we came to this restaurant, the food was delicious. I had asked for a shrimp quesadilla to include vegetables, specifically onions and peppers. I was accommodated and my family really enjoyed the experience. Today was the second time and I requested the exact same meal. I was told they cannot add vegetables to the quesadilla because there was no way of putting it in the system. I asked several different ways if I could pay an up charge to have the kitchen staff prepare it how I wanted it. The man behind the register kept telling the employee translating in to English that they cannot do it. The employee translating into English suggested I get a side of onion and peppers, open the quesadilla, and put them on it myself. I ordered for the rest of my family and decided I was not going to eat. The employee that was translating into English apologized. I explained that what just happened did not make sense. He agreed with me, but no one offered to make the changes. I did not want to spend money on food I really didn't want. We are on a budget and felt like a waste of money to do that. I sat at the table and watched my family eat. I almost didn't write the review because some people might see this at petty, but the lack of customer service bothered me the most. I did ask my son how the chicken nuggets tasted, and he responded they were not good. The review of the food was not good. There was also a rude interaction between an older woman and the employee behind the front desk. The older woman wanted to ensure there was no meat in her order and the employee was making fun of her in Spanish and rolling his eyes. The older woman asked us for help and the employee continued to act in a condescending manner throughout the interaction.
