I arrived at 8:40 to eat and they told me that by order of the manager we couldn't eat there, that they closed at 9:30 and they had to clean before closing. After they gave me the wrong order, I ordered 2 chicken tacos and one meat one. and they gave it to me wrong and the guacamole was bad, it smelled rotten, I went with two people who had recommended the place and it was a complete disaster

Me and my wife went to this restaurant. We arrived at 8:45, when I went to order I was told it had to be to go only. They close at 9:30, which was in 45 min. The cashier said we could not use the dining room as it was already cleaned. Unbelievable service. We just turned around and went to another restaurant. Due to this bad service i will never return.

This taco shop has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with anywhere. They made the order wrong and when asked to fix their mistake, they rudely ignore my request. After going back and fourth with the employee over the phone, they hung up and didn’t answer the phone again. Very disappointed with their service, their remodeling off the store came with horrible customer service apparently.

I have never left a review in my life. But this is outrageous The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Refused to listen to the customer even when THEY make the mistake. HALF of my order was missing because THEY didn’t give it to the driver. When I call, they didn’t let me completely explain myself before interrupting saying that all I was missing was sauces. When I disagreed he threatened to block my phone number and hung up the phone on me.Life is too expensive and hard to be treated this way by a business when they should have just said sorry!Give business to another company that truly values their customers.

I am considering other sources for my tacos. The employees are friendly enough, and the food is decent, but capitalism leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Also not many options for those of us who don't eat meat.Vegetarian options: Most dishes have meat. You can often order without the meat, but that can leave the dish somewhat empty.
