Sad to say we barely go anymore and just the other day my husband was like we need to find another spot ! It’s not the same anymore ! All of the regulars that actually would even look out after the bartenders if anything popped off don’t even go anymore ! The vibe there is not the same anymore and I’m very sad that our home town Pool Haul don’t feel comfortable anymore .. And just so you know it has a lot to do with certain workers but a year ago it felt like home away from home and the ppl vibes was just different. But now ? Not at all ppl come to
Places like this to have fun and play and with fun spirit ! Just imagine walking in the door after a long day of work and when you walk in and the staff look like one looks like she depressed as hell ready to dump off a cliff another looks mad all the time like you already giving bad vibes .. iv never seen staff argue so much with customers in all the years I been there and I also didn’t see much of the customers argue with the workers the way I do now .. I really loved this place.. and many others did too … the workers need to be more welcoming and put smiles on there faces. I hope they make some changes.. I can assure the one who always has a smile on her face is gabby and I appreciate it . No hard feelings towards anyone ! But you are who makes the difference in working for someone’s eles Business… I would love to chat with big lady boss .. feel free to contact me . 💕

Don’t recommend to anybody! Owners wife very unprofessional, talks to her employees however, the place is very dark cus there is barely any lights on. Bartenders don’t deserve to be treated the way they do. Beers are barely cold , crackheads in and out the bathrooms. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Amazing environment…you can say it’s like the old tv show “Cheers”…everyone knows your name and it’s like a family in the place. I’ve been going out there to shoot pool since 2017 and I’ve never left. Happy Hour is top tier for Miami and tournament are the best. All I can say is “Hotshots Billiards Club” is making America great again!!!

Since I started coming here it's been like hanging out with family! I love this place!

Staff is great and the crowd always polite and respectful. It's been harder to get a table recently because the popularity has improved, and rightfully so. Congrats to the owners?
