I had gone to KFC on 8/15 or 8/16 about 5pm, in addition to other things I'd ordered 2 apple pies. The obviously new trainee put 2 small mashed potatoes in my bag instead. I couldn't return (with receipts) til Tuesday 8/19, when I did the young man on register balked at returning my $'s, I explained everything to the woman in charge who also balked, but called a superior who told her to do the right thing. Rude workers there constantly make mistakes over the many years I've come here but the food is good! I was made to feel awkward in front of other customers at the employees reticence to do the honest response to yet another error by them. I'll try Cane's next, I see that they are packed while KFC has 3 folks, treating a long time customer like brown mash, stay away!

The dine in was completely dirty. Every single table, booth, and chair was dirty. My wife had to go to the car and get wipes to clean the table we sat in. The A/C of the restaurant was off. The floor was dirty, sticky, and food all over the it. Windows were dirty and used napkins on the ledge. Super disgusting.

Some days ago, I stopped by KFC in 19775 Street and US-1 to buy food, take-out way. I ordered the promotion, 6 pieces for $20. When I opened at home, the bucket, I could only find 5 and 1/4 pieces of chicken. This is not fair. I am paying for 6 pieces. This is a mockery of the client.
