food is good , but the service was not that great , they forgot to put the black beans in my order and I was charged for it. so when I got home that item was missing from my order. check your order because they won't do a good job in placing all your items

Worst food that I ever had straight to the trash steak was burn after specifically asking for medium rare and rice was the bottom of the pot over cook nasty this place is not longer what used to be don’t waste your time pollo tropical is better and that’s saying a lot

The worst place to order take out from. Food is always cold if not it’s dry. No passion the worst Peruvian food I’ve had. Customer service sucks I called repeatedly for over 30 minutes for no one to answer the phone just by far the worst place I’ve had take out food from!!!

I went with a few friends as they said their beef fried rice was really good. We took their recommendation and decided to go. The place is in a big mall. Inside the place is kinda out dated. It was not busy. We were the only ones there. I ordered a small beef fried rice which was about $11. Their portions were big for small. As far as taste (and my personal opinion), the rice did not taste fresh. I just had a few bites.

*** Please save yourself from indigestion***I’m a regular at La Brasa Coral way but this Cutler bay location tends to serve reheated food (gave them three consecutive chances). Guys customers CAN tell what has been reheated you are not fooling anyone just making yourselves look bad. Grilled chicken probably grilled a few hours before or who knows when. The fried rice was obviously a couple hours old too or perhaps microwaved. Don’t believe me? Please please eat at La Brasa Coral way and you will know what I’m taking about. La Brasa Coral way always makes the food as people order it , you can tell the HuGE difference immediately.

The food is fair priced,and taste okay. However,customer service is not that good. Rebecca and Roxana are the worst with customers. Sometimes the drive through is really slow. The first language is spanish.The workers don't understand English. Plain old rude.

Worst treatment I have ever received from any restaurant, I placed an order to go, After waiting 30 minutes for my food and drove home some items were missing, I called and explained to the lady that answered and she wouldn’t let me finished talking, after I said I didn’t want to drive all the way back she said very rudely… then if your are not coming to get it then why are you calling, I was shocked with her response, I was just calling to see what other option I had, I lost my money and my appetite, and my time, couldn’t even eat after being treated so nasty. Never go back there again.
My daughter usually doesn’t like to eat chicken but my goodness I’ve never seen her eat chicken soooo fast! The fries and maduros were out of the ordinary but pretty good. Will be trying different meals next time- who knew!! I would of posted a picture of the meal but she ate so fast ?

The food was amazing. The rice and beans and the chicken! When we got home it was still piping hot. Pollo Tropical down the street has been serving the worst rice and beans lately so we decided to give them a try. It was our first time eating here and it was delicious. Glad Pollo Tropical has dropped the quality of the sides because if not we wouldn’t have never tried La Brasa Grill. ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff was were very sweet too.

I’ve always passed by this location growing up but have never felt the need to try it but boy.....I’m glad I did!I didn’t have high hopes with this place, but the chicken breast was awesome! I don’t even usually eat chicken breast, but I had it with fries and maduros and it was really yummy and freshly done!I went on a weekend at night, and good thing they open late (:They also have really good bbq sauce!BEWARE: they really don’t have a wide variety of food, but it seems like what they do have is really tasty ?

I ordered online, everything was fine, they charged me $ 32.58 when I came to pick up my order, it turns out that they had no order and that they could not do anything. The worker Roxana let me know. When I asked her about the manager she told me it was her and after insisting she told me that there was no manager working. No one came to help me and they simply told me to leave that they were not going to help me. A total lack of respect.
