Worst in the area.. dont go there after midnight they'll make you wait t0 to 25 mins for your food .. and then they'll give you an attitude for they mistake.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst . Always act like they cant hear you over the headset. They cut you off before you can finish your sentence and be like “what” (THE TWIN SISTERS TO BE EXACT) Then when you get loud they act like you are the problem. I always have to drive back around for workers to correct food mods because they are always incorrect , i always ask for vanilla coffee and i never get the vanilla when they charge extra for it also the breakfast sauce. ridiculous

This lady here claims to be the manager. Her name is shanaya and she did not want to re make my quarter pounder that she added pickels on it and said to pull them out myself. She also called the place I work at which is next door to tell them I’m complaining for food. She don’t even ask why the problem what she blatantly said “what do you want”. This lady should be fired or punished for her behavior. Her personally calling my job is ridiculous. Reported her to corporate but be aware of her. She also told me to go back to my country.

I like to start off saying sorry, but not sorry. I have to be honest. The customer service is terrible if you look behind the counter, you see a lot of employees no name tag to identify who is who i can tell, many people and locals can tell by their uniforms most employees are hanging around with the manager having conversations joking while customers are in a lobby waiting to pay or ask for forgotten food/condiments and thats not the worst part not only most of the time your food comes out cold to you the manager are not helpful at all most of the time instead of resolving a situation with reasoning and calmness and just by making it fresh or given extra condiments, they give you attitude start talking in a different language, with the team leader or managers and try to manipulate the situation. On a 1 out of a 100% you have 85% chance that your going to be disappointed just to know your favorite breakfast, sandwich or your favorite sandwich is gonna be cold and stale and a 35% chance it's going to be fresh And just be warned they gonna give you attitude. If you ask for it to be fresh and I almost forgot if you think about calling corporate on the company. They give you the runaround and tell you they're gonna give you a car and resolve the situation. Well this is my third time complaining and calling corporate and nobody hasn't emailed or called me back yet and this was back in 8/25, 10/25, 1/26 👎x10

honestly horrendous….. every SINGLE TIME i order here something’s always wrong with my order…. explain to me how i ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and i get the mango pineapple one, and i order a dr pepper and it’s nowhere to be found… honestly yall need new staff or something cus how……. and bag was completely sealed

the no one‘s here speak English only speak. Spanish had a roach on my drink. Did not apologize. Did not say sorry just snatched the drink out of my hand and replaced it and did not even fill the drink up. Did not offer anything. I don’t even think the lady spoke English to even apologize that it was a roach on my drink then I tell them that my food was cold, snatched the food and caught an attitude that I want my food to be replaced and it’s all in the drive-through had to go into the Store just to get a replacement such a nasty place need new employees the ones that can speak English
