The McDonald's is alright, the service is usually either really fast or like as if the employees are zombies cause it is so slow, the food usually is alright but got cold nuggets before so it really all depends when you go, the atmosphere is nice-ish, its a little dirty but its newly refurbished

I was in this McDonald's today, it was incredible what happened to me, I told a girl who was in front, taking orders, to please help me for a moment, she ignored me, I swear that something like this had never happened to me, I was there for more than 5 minutes and sheHe walked from one side to the other ignoring me. I told her again, girl, do you think you can help me? And he continued passing by, I went further inside and called a boy who was there and I said boy, do you think you can help me??? Well the only thing I needed was a spoon and a glass of water. I want you to know that this is why unpleasant things happen in theseMacdonalds. A supposed manager while he was laughing with the girl gave me the water and the spoon, I told him with these words. Even if you get along well with her, don't accept that she humiliates customers, and I let you know that I am going to report her. I don't know about other places but here in Florida, many rude people work at McDonald's. How sad indeed

If I could give zero stars I would, I wouldn’t eat here if you paid me. After one cheeseburger I woke up in the worst pain ever I thought I was having a cryptic pregnancy. Spent three days with the worse food poisoning of my life due to their uncleanliness. it’s giving dirty, and not in a 50 shades of grey type of way.

Awesome service and food, the drive thru employees and manager know my order by memory? very friendly, iced coffe is always on que. I go to this mcdonalds in order to avoid the mcdonalds on 112 which is closer to my house but thier food and service not so great at 112 st location.
I had an issue tonight with I believe was an manager and she was very disrespectful I will be calling cooperate because as a form McDonald’s employee I couldn’t believe it because it’s unacceptable they need to reevaluate their staff!
I ordered online, skipped the cars in the order line, went straight to the pay window, the cashier waved me to the pick up window where I was told I have to go back to the mic to give them the online order#...brilliant!Also the receipt printer paper is illegible ..you can't read anything: it"s been like this for a while...PLEASE FIX

WORST MCDONALDS IN ALL OF MIAMI. Disgusting employees and worse managers. That Latin dark skin lady has a nasty attitude and should be fired . The employees don’t know how to properly read an order and just give you whatever just to get their drive thru going. This McDonald’s needs new management asap. Food is way too expensive to not get what I paid for!!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!
