Everything was bad. Chocolate shake was more of a chocolate milk. Our Pan con bistec came cold and tasted horrible. Crema de malanga was horrible. Stale and cold French fries. And ordered a mamey shake and received lord knows what but it tasted really funny.

We like given local businesses a chance. Bread was extremely doughy and tons of unmelted butter, bacon , that is, if it was bacon, it was super salty. My husband had the perico eggs, even though a generous portion it looked like slop. The service was great, the young lady was super attentive and did her best to impress us. I am sorry the food didn't match the service.

I placed my order for delivery today and my husband got the completely wrong order you will see the receipt I have that clearly says what I ordered for us both and they still got it wrong. We called the location and the girl who answered the phone says she don’t know her managers name ok so let me get this straight that you work somewhere and don’t know who your manager is that’s a huge problem me and my husband will never go back to this place because of the workers have no manners are rude and don’t take accountability they messed up my order. I highly recommend never eat here.

I always order lunch for our company at this place and it has been very good until today when I decided to order it for lunch with the family and I received an order of terrible quality. The family roast suckling pig had always arrived with a good size, onion on top of the meat and the toasted pork skin on top...today they sent a small and dry portion (I attach photos); The tostones arrived to me without the mayonnaise and cilantro that they always send, in short a disaster. I called the restaurant and a girl who called herself Claudia answered and told me that “the order is fine, that's how it works, that there was no boss or supervisor with whom I could talk and that if I wanted to make a complaint that put”…..it reminded me of Cuba and its service. What has this country become?

Food was great. Service was not that good. We arrived and ordered. The 4 tables they have inside were taken, so we ordered to go. They ask us to wait outside, at 12:30 pm, in the heat. Finally one table was free but they never cleaned it. We waited 35 minutes for our order, standing under the sun.
Good place to pick up food, as their main focus seems to be about that. Not a place to go if you don't like to stand under 90oF noon sun.

I ordered from here because of the 5 stars, but the food was far from being 5 stars.. the Moros looked like paste, ordered stake for my kids and it was hard like shoe. Maybe I ordered late in the day and got old leftover food, but I'm not ordering food from here again.
