It’s our first time and will be our last time at this place. The ambience was great and service was wonderful: however the food was way too salty for us! Some of the items we ordered were papaya salad and chicken larp. Not only were they way too salty, but they’re not authentic Thai food. The Larp was so salty we asked for them to re make it. We could tell all they did was add sugar to try to cover the saltiness so that didn’t help. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food, this isn’t the place!

This was my FAVORITE PLACE to eat whenever I visit back home. But, this last visit may have ruined that for me. The first disappointment came in after being told I was being charged 4 bucks each for the two extra (small) shrimp I asked to be put in my Tom Yum soup. Next, when the soup was brought out the spoon was filthy with food on it. Lastly, I got the Siam River Roll with extra conch topping. MY FAVORITE!! As I dig in and start chewing I realize I'm chewing on something that shouldn't be in a roll. When I spat it out, I saw that it was PLASTIC!! The waiter seemed to be new. He apologized and took the plate to the chefs and I could see them discussing it amongst each other. That was it. I was asked if I wanted a remake but I was pretty grossed out by then. He told the manager what happened but she never was came over. It left me feeling undervalued as an avid consumer of this place. I waited for a while and then left.On a sidenote, the white couch that's on the wall needs to be cleaned DESPERATELY. It looks really dingy now and that was one of the highlights of the decorum in the restaurant.

Nasty, dirty!! My friend girl ordered a pick up. Got the wrong food. She had me to pick a comp meal a few days later. The manager thought he was doing a us a favor. It looked awful. Straight garbage. ?

Vanessa (manager) was yelling at every customer in the restaurant. While waiting to be seated, she left the front to grab staff members. They hovered by the desk as she yelled at them. Honestly, I was scared and didn't feel safe there so we left. 1/10 would not recommend.

Tried for dinner Pad Thai with Chicken and it was delicious! Also, tried Thai fried rice it was very authentic and so good; could use more tomatoes. Also, I had a salad with ground pork with ginger that delicious!

Cute ambience and decent food. They have a large menu for dinner so you can choose from a lot. They also offer hibachi. The food is decent overall. They also have a nice happy hour with a few good bites and drinks.

I don’t believe the Manager Vanessa understands how customer service works or how an overall decent human communicates with people.Very rude, condescending and treats her Customers and staff like TRASH!I just wonder what happened behind closed doors to keep someone so nasty on Payroll. And in a management position at that.

Craving Thai or Japanese? Look no further! The food I have experienced here thus far is Chef's kiss! xoxo ::muah:: Their sushi rolls are delicious and their pineapple fried rice, coconut shrimp.((pauses to mentally savor the moment)) YUM! OMG, I'm getting hungry! The staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly. Prices are reasonable.

I think corporate should retrain their staff and managers on how to treat customers and their families. Very rude and very careless. If this is how they are in the front of the house, I would hate to see where they store the food. GROSS

Went several times to MoonThai. Seems everytime Vanessa the manager is working she is arguing and fighting with customers. Very embarrassing to have a business meeting, I wouldn’t even think about bringing my children around that environment

The manager Vanessa was very Impolite to the customers and her own staff. She is too young and immature for her managerial position, hopefully the regional offices will have a discussion with her.
