Why is everyone speaking Spanish and not English in the front?! This is an Italian American restaurant not Cuban. They seat the Hispanic people and skips the Americans. Horrible service!!

This place is so average. I blame the management climate, they dont seem like serious people so the experience from the servers seems unserious also. I know people probably dont tip well here, but if mgmt set a better tone and tenor, the experience would be much better like the one on Flagler, which is the busiest Olive Garden in the country, where i've also had mostly good experiences.

Restaurant was on the busy side, but it closer to closing time. Restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean. Staff was great. Friendly & polite

Ordered to-go food and the email said it was going to be ready at 5:19pm we got there at 5:10pm and checked in the app, when 5:19pm came around I went inside to check on my order and they stated about 5-10 minutes. I told them I’m going to wait in the car if they can please bring it outside. 15 minutes pass by and nothing. My wife went inside and saw the food just sitting there in the counter for who knows how long while Ernesto in the front was just standing there. Solange was dealing with a customer. He could’ve easily brought it to us while she was with the other customer.
