Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very unsanitary establishment. There were bugs in my friend’s plate, and the waiter took an unreasonably long time to address it. We did not receive any apology for the inconvenience. The shrimp scampi was extremely mushy, and the Alfredo was overcooked and hard. I ran home immediately and now I’m stuck on the toilet… while writing this.

We visited the Olive Garden at Southland Mall on a Sunday night following my niece's performance. Despite the restaurant having plenty of empty tables and our party of 10 being seated immediately, the service was incredibly disorganized.

​Basic needs were missed—half the table never received water until we asked—and three of our entrees were incorrect, including the kids' meals. The server seemed distracted and blamed the kitchen for the errors. My steak, ordered medium, arrived well-done and chewy. To top it off, the restrooms were filthy when I took my son.

​With the restaurant being so slow, there was no excuse for this level of neglect. Extremely disappointing experience for a family dinner.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The employee that was attending to us came running in the parking lot accusing me of not paying for my meal. What's worse I tipped him 20% even with his HORRIBLE SERVICE. Had to show the olive garden charge my Credit card to him.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I had to. I stopped by for a quick lunch in the middle of my workday. Olive’s food never disappoints, but what really stood out was Gabriela’s service. Her smile and warm attitude genuinely made my day. I eat at restaurants three times a week, and I can honestly say she’s been the nicest server I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to be back.

Oliver I was amazing we came late night and the food quality was the best we have ever had and this was 10 minutes to clothes. Speaking as someone one that formally use to work at a chain restaurant I know how it can get complacent at late night. He was super courteous Proffesional and prompt.

Clean location with friendly staff that welcome you upon arrival.

The dining area was well decorated and maintained.

The food was cooked to order. I had the Chicken & Gnocchi soup and it was delicious.

Also I had the Shrimp Scampi which was sautéed in a garlic sauce, tossed with asparagus, tomatoes, and I substituted angel hair to spaghetti pasta.

The dish had multiple layers of flavors. It’s my favorite on the menus.

My sons had fettuccine Alfredo and they enjoyed it.

The waitress was friendly and hospitable.

Food arrived in a timely manner. I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Italian cuisine at descent prices.

We had the pleasure of being served by Federico . He instantly connected with me and my family over anime and was very friendly . My son is usually shy but with Federico he was very open . We told him we were very hungry and he was quick with it . Food was delicious and my lady loved her drink . We have been here before but it’s been a few months . Huge improvements . thanks Federico !!!
