where to start the lack of management at this location is the definition of horrible leadership not to mention the employees that run wild to do as they please and disrespect each other with no consequences for their aggresive behavior...stay as far away from this location as possible...definitely not a family atmosphere in the least...and according to the manager at the 19101south dixie highway location asking for the corporate number to report a problem is unprofessional...

Great customer service. Employees are kind, speedy, and efficient. Restaurant is clean, the drive thru is fast, and curbside pick up option is so easy to use. Happy to have a local Panera with such wonderful service.

This is my Panera spot, we frequent here, but I wanted to note that today everything I ordered was on point super delicious. Better than usual!

This location is HORRIBLE! So went through drive thru to place order. Asked about adding a cookie to order and was told due to rules they have during lunch hours they are not allowed to add to orders. Blank face. Ok so a cookie will mess up an order? I'm confused. I looked behind me and there were no people behind me not one single car. Not only that, they will cash you out as if they have given you your order and make you pull up to the front to wait 10-15mins for your food. They do this so it seems as though they are meeting the quota in how fast the drive thru service is.

Nicole is amazing ? she is friendly, she likes to help and makes sure that customer feels comfortable and gets the products and service as highest quality. The store is clean and well organized . They don’t have microwave and hot water currently at the lobby

Currently waiting at the drive thru for one wrap. I've been here for over 30 minutes now. This isn't uncommon here. This is literally the worst Panera I've ever been too. Orders take forever, (even with an empty drive thru) and are frequently incorrect. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

A few staff members are VERY good, the rest are sub-standard. My biggest issue with this Panera is that it's not very clean. I've gone more than once at 6 am when they open, and found the place dirty from the day before. This concerns me about the condition of the kitchen!

Worst customer service. Placed an online order through the Panera app and it was delivered incomplete. I tried calling the restaurant and they never answered the phone. I've had the same problem with them before. This time I called their corporate customer service and they wouldn't send the missing item. They offered a credit but in order to use the credit, I needed to spend a certain amount. I won't be ordering from them again.

First of all .... The coffee all the time we go there is old and cold!!! No matter at what time we go.. specially the Thai latte super sweet couldn't even drink it! Very expensive not worth it.. so 1 star.. blah!!!
