Worst customer service ever by JOSE (the manager)
Papa Johns on Us1 Cutler bay.
I do understand mistakes ,wrong orders, undercook pizzas, but I don’t tolerate disrespect , did not get my money back even though I returned the pizzas,
then he tells me he ll get me a credit next time a order.
Here i am calling Jose( worst manager )and he states there is no notes on his sistem and hangs up the phone.
No bother trying to remember my order or trying to help me...read full review
Pizza arrived cold, driver did not use any type of thermal bag to transport.
The soda delivered was not even the right one.
The crust was their new garlic bread style, it was overcooked almost but not quite burnt. Had no flavor at all, or it was all burned off.
