I walked inside. My eyes was directly to the guy who was cutting the pizza. He was chewing talking while he was cutting pizza. Also, he put his hand in his nose and didn’t wash his hands. he was looking at me cause he know he didn’t wash his hands. Also I ordered dice pepperoni. They gave me regular pepperoni pizza when I got home. I was so freaking pissed and my pizza did not have stuffed crust.

So rude. Employee just pointed at me & then to the pizza and walked away didn’t bother asking if i needed anything else ( which i did) Didn’t even allow me to use my papa john’s rewards. Acted like he couldn’t understand anything when i was ordering. Never going back, so disappointed!!

I ordered two large pizzas, and when the delivery arrived, I immediately noticed that neither pizza box had a safety seal.
I contacted the store right away and spoke with the manager. I was informed that the store had run out of seals for the pizza boxes. As a paying customer, this response was extremely concerning. Safety seals are an important part of ensuring that food has not been tampered with during preparation or delivery.
Sending food out without proper safety sealing is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. Customers should never have to question whether their food has been handled appropriately before arriving at their home.
Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in ordering from this location again. I strongly encourage this matter to be addressed to ensure proper safety standards are followed moving forward.

Manager will unprovoked talk shit with the back crew about you if you dare to delay them by repeating your name for pick up. Referencing a pick I made today where I repeated my name twice, and as I was leaving with my food the manager proceeded make rude comments about a normal interaction because I guess it was too tedious for him. I hadn’t yelled or was rude. I literally just got in and out in less than 30 seconds. The audacity to publicly make fun of a customer for a mundane interaction that could be called a misunderstanding at worst, was enough to piss me off. If this contributes to this guy getting fired I’ll be quite content, as I can see from other comments this isn’t the first time he’s done this.

Found door dash delivery pop up as my pizza started to track late. Hour and a half later dash arrived. Box was cold, tip stayed on the counter. Opened and found flat drained sauce pizzas. Heated to eat only two slices from three pizzas. Horrible!

Idk what’s happening with Papa John’s crust or the quality of their ingredients, but it IS NOT THE SAME. Never, ever in my 39 years of life have I ever turned down a slice of Papa John’s. Until yesterday. I ordered a 14” original and received what I thought was a thin crust. Until the manager explained it actually was an “original”. Whew..! I requested a refund immediately, the taste is not the same. Idk what is happening but I’m gonna have to cross over to Pizza Hut. Btw.. the manager was super cool, very professional and understanding. Customer service was great, the actual pizza itself is the worst I’ve ever gotten from any papa John’s and I’ve lived up and down the entire east coast.

⚠️BEWARE ⚠️ : Managers will randomly cancel your order for no reason.... And expect at least 2 hours for delivery on any day. Very rude and unprofessional customer service.

During my visit on 1/3/26 at 5:45 PM the manager, Jose Arauz, was rude and disrespectful in his interaction with me. His behavior was unprofessional and not reflective of the level of customer service I expect from Papa John’s. In addition, my order was prepared incorrectly. While the pizza maker acknowledged that he was distracted, this does not justify the error nor the way I was treated as a customer.
I strongly believe that customer service goes a long way, especially when addressing mistakes. Unfortunately, this situation was handled poorly, and instead of a resolution, I was met with disrespect.
As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to or ordering from this location again. This decision is solely based on the conduct of manager Jose and how the situation was managed.
I felt it was important to bring this matter in an open forum. As we all
know employees and management are representatives of the brand, and this experience did not align with the values Papa John’s promotes.
Additionally after reading the reviews, I have noticed that Jose has a habit of treating people as he did to me. This behavior must be STOPPED by corporate.

Website isn't working and unable to place orders. I store was not helpful in honoring any promotions, person on the phone said if I can't order online to use the promotions then I can't place my order. Garbage customer service. This isn't the first time, if I wrote all the other experiences this post would be ten pages long. This location needs new staff.
I wish i could give NO STARS! This place is gross and the owner is rude and says he does not care. The restaurant failed an inspection because it was so dirty. Yuck!

Papa John's sucks on marlin and South Dixie hwy I ordered at 5pm gor 630 pm delivery at 640 I call and spoke to the male manager he said it's not his fault it is the computers fault I told him.its not my computer and he Jung ip I was paying cash when they delivered but now it's steves pizza express
Placed an order for pick up and a young man working the front was stand offish and rude. He said they were closing around 9:40pm and would not let me pay inside. Food looks hastily made.
