My name is Juanny Flores, and I’ve never felt so disrespected and humiliated as a paying customer.

On July 19, 2025, I ordered from Papa John’s — and the store manager told me directly to stop ordering because they “don’t have time” to deliver to my door.

I live with a serious heart condition, PTSD, and I’m on the heart transplant list. Walking to the gate isn’t safe for me, which is why I depend on deliveries. I always pay the delivery fee and leave an $8–$10 tip minimum, yet that clearly means nothing to them.

Worse, this isn’t the first time. Every time I’ve dealt with this same manager, his attitude has been rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. This was my fourth experience being treated unfairly here.

Other restaurants like Domino’s and Pizza Hut deliver to my secure building with no issues. This was not a misunderstanding — this was blatant discrimination. A violation of basic human decency and of my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

I’ll be filing a formal complaint. No one with a disability should be treated like this.

This place is most certainly hit or miss but last night was a hit. Best papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. It even had a good undercarriage and was piping hot. Woke up this morning thinking about how good it was. If I knew it would be like this every time I ordered I would order at least 3 times a week.

I went to pick up my order with my grandson. I was coming from Hialeah , after one hour snd 30 minutes drive. I asked the manager to use the restroom for my grandson, he refused it. He said it is for employees only. I almost pied on myself
First of all if I am a customer, he should have allowed me to use the bathroom. I have been coming here for more than 8 years .I was really disappointed especially I am an elderly woman. He was smiling like he didn’t care. You should have restroom for customers to wash their e, for infection control

This location is nothing like the horrific service I received at the Naranja Homestead store. I actually live about a mile from that one, but I’d rather drive 9.5 miles to come here—and it’s absolutely worth it.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The staff—who appear to be young, possibly still in school—were professional, friendly, and informative. The store was clean, the atmosphere welcoming, and the customer service excellent. It’s a completely different experience from the one I’m used to.

Thank you to this team for showing what real customer service looks like. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Ordered a pizza for delivery with a coupon for a free pizza. I waited 2 hours for it to be delivered, only for them to switch it for a pick up. When asked manager about this, he got very heated and upset towards my husband like he wanted to fight.

Jose , by far is one of the most unprofessional managers I've ever experienced. It is so important that you lead by example. I can't expect exceptional customer service under his leadership from any of his team members. Needless to say, I won't be spending my money at this location anymore.
