First time I ordered the pizza never arrived and I was never refunded the money I paid then they send me a coupon in the mail to make up for their mistake. I ordered the second pizza and it also never arrived when I called to speak with the manager he hung up on me.

Papa johns from cutler bay went from good to Horrible, Horrible management and delivery service. The driver call me and argued with me to at the end hanged up the phone. Called manager and he was as rude as the driver, Horrible service. Before this pizza delivery the pizza was barely cooked right. What's happening with papa johns.

I don’t know what happened with the management or maybe a change in workers. But this location (Cutler Bay) went from a good Papa John’s to terrible. The pizza they sent today on this Friday night was cold and basically hard. It took forever for them to deliver it. Even the app alert knew it b/c it said sorry it’s taking so long. I called to report it, the manager I’m guessing that’s who it is, said there is nothing he could do about it. So beware. I guess I’ll have to try the Country Walk location. Because the one in Pinecrest makes the pizzas too fast and they usually taste bad too. Just horrible, they need to do a refresher course on how to make good pizza and get it out to the customer timely.

Absolutely horrible service at the 19343 S Dixie Highway. Pizza took over two hours and showed up cold. I called to complain and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and never was able to talk to anyone. They have lost all our Business in the future!

They are so rude and the Store Manager JOSE doesn't care about the customers. We placed an order and it was taking longer than the estimated time of 40 mins. We called to cancel the delivery and just pick up the order, we were told the driver was leaving the store with our food. That took an additional 35 minutes. The food arrived COLD! I called the Store and requested a refund. We will be reporting it to corporate. Drive a few minutes out and just go to the next papa johns store. We Don't recommend this store.

Horrible management and customer service from the assistant manager: Osvee or Henry (same person gave me two different names).I have been coming to this Papa John's for over a year. I've never had an issue before, but the second I did, it became an even worse experience. My order was incorrect, I called the store to have it resolved. I told them I received the wrong order and the Asst. Manager told me to come back, and they would have it fresh. 5 minutes later, I received another call from the Asst. Manager Henry/Osvee. He said that I NEEDED to bring back the other order to get my new one and was rude about it, no discount, no refund, not even a sorry. You guys mess up and make me not only drive back but deliver the old food to you? That's not how we treat people. I was willing to drive back to pick up the new order without a complaint, but the second call was unneeded, especially with how frequent I am.This made the issue unsettling for me. I am a repeated and frequent customer, as just stated, which he also had in his records after asking for my phone number. I have always been extremely polite and always leave a cash tip. The general manager and the two females already know my name without asking for it when I arrive.Today, I arrived at the store only to have an extremely unpleasant argument. The above Asst. Manager shouting back and forth and being completely disrespectful. He did not apologize, did not look for a resolution, and was just completely argumentative.Above all, the incorrect order was replaced back on the shelf with the rest of the new orders to be resold, which also means that he is mishandling food and can contaminate and sicken people. He's disregarding regulations and policies and may eventually sicken someone to death if he does not drive them to it first.Unfortunately, one bad experience ruins all the great experiences. After reading some of the reviews, it seems I am not the only person to have had some sort of conflict with this person. He may be a good employee, but he should stay away from management and customer service oriented positions.I will also send this to Papa John's Customer Support.
