I love this local family owned business. Fresh food fresh ingredients made with love. This place has outstanding customer service with a friendly staff that’s always very attentive. Their steak sandwich is legit , coffee is delicious and the pastries are freshly made and delicious. 🤤

Was very excited to come here and try different desserts with my daughter. This was my first time coming here and when we entered no one greeted us even though we made eye contact and I tried to speak. We maybe waited about 7 minutes of being ignored until I walked over to one of the employees and asked for some help. I could tell she was immediately irritated because of the language barrier after I tried to ask her about the pastries and she stated “No English”. Another guest interjected himself to translate and was super helpful. When we finally got our desserts she tossed the bag onto the counter. My demeanor was still super pleasant so I found it very rude. I chose not to eat inside because of how unwelcome I felt and decided to eat our treats in the car with my daughter. While we were in the parking lot directly across from the bakery I could see inside very clear and observed her interaction with other customers coming and going and they were attended to almost immediately and seemed to have a pleasant experience. I am very disappointed and I did not get her name as no one had name tags but I will most likely not come here again.

Im happy they’re in Cutler Bay but honestly the cakes taste old. The pastries taste store bought rather than fresh. I believe they use cheap ingredients. I’ve also seen a large party cake truck pull up at the front of the store dropping off merchandise and it’s not soda it’s their pastries. I believe they make them Somewhere else and deliver throughout locations so of course, they taste old. People go to the cutler bay location because there’s nothing else around but their food is not good. 2. Want morning breakfast before going to work, not here! They will make you late. They have no sence of rush to others that need to work. You will be waiting 30 minutes for your breakfast. I wrote an email To the owners on their website, I never received a response. 3. When the egg prices at the beginning of 2025 happened, their breakfast which included eggs, coffee and toast was $5.75, what a deal. Then their prices went up. Now the same breakfast that was $5.75 is $9.75, they placed a sign saying “Due to high egg prices.” Now The price of eggs went down but their prices and portions remain the same. Btw/ their portions are tiny. A woman a toddler cannot share a breakfast. Im hoping a new bakery comes around. I do have to say that both Publix down the street from there make bomb!!!! Cakes and pastries. Party Cakes is a rip off. Their Cuban coffee is horrible but their house croquettes are the only thing worth going in there for.

I went there today 7/8/24 around 4:10PM, The wait was a tad long, but I didn’t mind. I was called to the counter, I asked for two Cuban bread, the lady said something and walked away which I thought was rude. Another young lady came to the counter, again I asked for two Cuban bread; she then said “I’m sorry we don’t have for today” hard to believe but okay!
