Being there is horrible, staff is extremely lazy and with no worries about the client. Food is really good, juices are great but staff is extremely bad, today were 4 people in line and they spend more than 20 minutes because the rest are just watching and singing songs, and only 2 assist client.l, and when I asked the one was singing she goes "oh yes, only 2". We decided to leave and they didn't care

I enjoy the pasties and empanadas but they could be more consistent with the quality sometimes they are perfect other times the are very greasy or oil soaked

The service is horrible, the girl who served me, with a bad character, rude, not even at carnivals in Cuba do they treat you so badly.If you need to go to the bathroom, you can't because it says the bathroom is CLUGGED, the truth is I don't recommend this place to anyone.
I use to love this place 5 years ago, little by little it hasn’t gotten worst with customer service and price and now they don’t even put mustard/mayor on the media noche and they give you old refried fried !!! Gross what a waste of $15 I was better off at Wendy’s for a $6 meal then

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY STORE! LORD HAVE MERCY!!!I JUST ATE THE WORST CUBAN SANDWHICH IN MY 64 YEARS!!! TOTAL GARBAGE!!! ARA DUNNIE! HELP!!! THEY WRECKED MY STORE!!!

I just had the most unpleasant experience. I went to pick up and order for an event and stood there for god knows how long being ignored completely. They always have on the left to pick up and I had a lady in front of picking up . Once she was done no one else came and the workers kept attending the line . When I said I had been there for while waiting to pick up an order they said I need to make the regular line . Incredible never going there again.
