Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Last time I came here, they had us pull around to the front to wait for our food, which ended up being over 40 minutes, so my fiancé walked in to see what happened, and the girl who was supposed to bring us food had just went on break and went across to Taco Bell so they had to make our order that I guess wasn’t even started. Then it took at least 10-15 more minutes to make then food. Then today I just went through the line and ordered two meals for my fiancé and I for his lunch and now I’m not eating because they forgot my entire meal. Really super inconvenient and frustrating to have to drive all the way back. I understand things can happen, but going here twice and having these experiences makes me think twice about coming to Popeyes. I’d choose something else in the area.

Slow slow poor service 35 minutes waiting for only one meal and staff inside talking and taking multiple drive through orders without giving our order away and the meal that I pay was not even cheap cost me 14 dollars this is unbelievable

Staff here is friendly and attentive unlike the store in Dadeland Mall where the manager with the mullet haircut is extremely rude and arrogant. Corporate needs to look into the dadeland store and the customer service they provide.

My first time at Popeyes, the food was excellent but the place was somewhat dirty. Tables and flooring need more frequent attention. The garbage overflowing. The service was very friendly, but they forgot to put napkins and cutlery.

I visited this location and was warmly welcomed and assisted by an employee named Joi. Joi was incredibly helpful, courteous, and had a wonderful personality. My family and I felt very welcome, and we truly appreciate her excellent customer service skills. Thanks to Joi, we will definitely visit here again.

if I could leave worse review I would, i never eat here ever terrible service took me a long to get a hold of someone then for my Uber eats order they tell me after 20min that someone took while they were just talking instead of doing their job, this is no legit business, its a jungle with fried chicken that soggy, terrible service save you soul and time

I waited 30 minutes just for fries and a drink… absolutely ridiculous! The service here is beyond disappointing. Ashley, the manager, clearly doesn’t care one bit about customer service or the experience of the people waiting. No sense of urgency, no apology, nothing. This location seriously needs better management and staff who actually value their customers’ time.

Customer service is lacking. Teenagers running the window who tell you “come back around in two minutes” multiple times for a mobile order that you placed ahead and with no cars in the drive thru. 25 minutes after arriving at the restaurant and 3 times going through the drive thru, I finally got my order. Supervision needs to tighten down on these store managers and store managers need to tighten down on their employees. There’s a Popeyes, cane’s and KFC all within 1 mile of this store. This is a dumb reason to lose business over. Monday 6pm 10/13/25

Drive-through drive-through order six piece of ghost wings once I receive the wings they were old and dried out. I showed them to the young lady at the window. She agreed to cook a new batch and told me to drive around. It’ll be a 15 minute wait I waited 18 minutes. Decide to get out of my car and and check what’s Going on they said I’m sorry the wings is still frozen so I’m Wasted 20 minutes of my time for nothing
