I ordered a 2 piece dark chicken meal with a side of mashed potatoes & an area cheese cake. The chicken was hot & tasty & the cheese cake was small but delicious. I was in the drive-thru. It was a slight wait but not to long. Be sure to ask for condiments. I had a biscuit with the meal but there was no jelly in the bag.

Food was okay, but while I was eating right next to me there was a cockroach walking next to where I sat. Once I got up there were more dead ones. Told the employees, all the said was “in the lobby?” What an Easter Sunday disaster

If I could give this place zero stars I would. One star is generous. I ordered chicken nuggets which are as the number 6 and got some ghost wings. Ok no problem right? just take it back. Boy was I wrong. Get to the window and instead of just listening to me the customer, and just give me the nuggets I get major attitude and then comes out some ghetto manager with long braids and I thought she was about to fight me. She’s like what do you want? I said the 6 piece and she almost chews my head off saying we don’t have 6 piece nuggets I said I’m sorry I meant the number 6 the nuggets. This lady went off on me while all the employees just stood there. I asked for her name and of course she lied and said Alexa. In any case, this woman is a straight liability for Popeyes. she is aggressive and rude and by her behavior a ticking time bomb with anger management issues obviously uneducated as to how to conduct herself and provide customer service. The girl at the drive through just as incompetent and rude as the manager. No wonder so many bad reviews. To the owner of this Popeyes, hire better staff. This manager is rude and aggressive no clue on the definition of customer service. She gave me a refund and said she wasn’t serving me when she was the one screaming at me. I will definitely let corporate know of my experience. Poor owner who invested in this franchise with this terrible staff. You have cameras there; go through them so you can see the staff you employ. Terrible!

I do not recommend this place to anyone, I waited for an hour to be told that there was no chicken sandwich, the Manager did not want to give his name or speak to me, it is unacceptable that a place has customers waiting for an hour to tell them that they do not have any type of sandwich, the woman at the window closed the door on me and asked me to leave, what kind of customer service is that?
