Watch your bill! They add an extra service charge of at least 18% if you sit down. There were only 2 of us. No where on the menu does it say that it was going to be added. They then have the audacity to then ask for gratuity afterwards! They removed the charge "just this one time".A great meal but lousy way of doing business. I'd either avoid this place or understand that your bill won't be what you expect it to be.

Included gratuity without telling us. Then asked for a tip on top. So we tipped on top of the included gratuity. Feel like we were ripped off

Rico’s Stake & Grill is excellent. Great food & wonderful service. The Cachapa was unlike anything I have ever had, and makes the trip well worth it. If I had any complaint I would say that the restaurant is a little too expensive. But then again the quality is still very good.

The interior is spacious not crowded. We were immediately greeted by the waitress and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered the arepas and they were good not the best I have had. My churrasco was not tender and the chimichurri sauce was just oily and didn't have any flavor. The house salad is made with corn and that was an odd addition. Our group was not particular fond of that ingredient in their house salad. All in all it was just ok. I had been here before and I remember the food being more flavorful. May give them another shot.

This place was an absolute let down and waste of time and money. The service was mediocre at best and the quality of food was unacceptable. My girlfriends burger was missing ingredients and my churrasco was terribly cooked and the meat was leftover meat that was probably discarded until the end of the night. I would not recommend whatsoever to anybody.

Love this restaurant. Everytime I go the food is delicious made perfect. The service is great they are very attentive. The location is great in a shopping center with Publix, Ross, five below, game stop & many other stores. This time my parents & I all got a Fish filet with rice/beans/salad (my dad), rice/ mini arepas/salad (myself), & salad/mini arepas (my mom) & we had mimi cachapas for appetizer.

Rico's is an absolute gem for those seeking great Venezuelan food. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with the enticing smell of authentic Venezuelan food. The arepas are a true work of art with a great balance between a crisp exterior and a tender, flavorful interior, expertly filled with a variety of options. The Pabellón is my favorite, a great blend of tender shredded beef, rich black beans, sweet plantains, and perfectly seasoned rice. The staff at Rico's is also very nice and attentive, and quick with the service. I highly recommend coming to Rico's for a taste of Venezuela!
