I am in the place to order a coffee but in order to go to the bathroom you have to first order a coffee. It is the biggest lack of respect there is, those who are working have no education whatsoever and they are of very bad form when working with the public. this place definitely cannot be visited

Very bad service, really, for what the coffees cost, they don't even pay attention to the order. My wife asks for a macha with ice and she repeated it several times and even so, they did it wrong and after they did that to her, my order comes out almost 15 minutes later. It's a shame.

Bad job, first they prepared my tea and after half an hour they didn't give me the sandwich so I had to ask for it after the time and they changed my tea because it was already hot

I came to this Starbucks after another Starbucks royally screwed up my order, and the people here were more than happy to fix it for me. As I was waiting, I was watching the man making everyone’s drinks, and I must say he is SO talented. I have never seen a better multitasker in my life. He was just so efficient and such an asset to the team. Wow!

Terrible setup since they first opened a few years ago. I don't know what happened. Bums begging and hanging out on the side? Staff not executing orders together, making a longer wait. No napkins, sugar or straws available they moved it from the middle. I have to search far back to find it. My lemonade had barely any sugar... great 👍 NOT! And I don't get these issues from other Starbucks just a lack of finesse and care! Cutler Bay your service sucks!

Weird Starbucks drive thru set up, didn’t have stock of anything, ran out of even oat milk and staff took so long for 3 cars. Got the a drink anyway they didn’t even shake it like usual all the sugar was at the bottom and the tasted like water at the top.

This place is so run down and not at par with other Starbucks locations. The staff isn’t friendly, you come up to order and they don’t even acknowledge you. Do better Starbucks.

A normal Starbucks, but the condition of the bathrooms is terrible. Both women and men are incredibly dirty. The cafe wants to represent a high level and the toilets look like an 18th century toilet. A very big minus
