The slowest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. 20 mins for a door dash order . Women in the front doing all the work by herself. While dude just doing nothing I understand if your almost at closing time but you should try to get the customers out . I got here like 10:36pm and left out at 10:58pm.

This was the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my entire life first things first they charge me for my sandwich before they ever made it. OK cool that’s fine once they make my sandwich. I realize the lettuce is 4 to 5 days old brown so I said I want a refund. I don’t want to eat at this subway they refuse to give me a refund told me to call police And made my day 10 times harder.

Bad experience supposedly when you order a whole sub they don't cut it in half anymore. If you want to cut in half it will have to charge you for two halves. This was told to me by the two employees that were new there. I asked for a manager and none was there available.

Horrible staffing they told my family and i that we couldn’t Dine in even tho the place closes at 11 PM And it was 8:30 PM , their reason was that they have to clean and it’s only take out even tho there were people dining in , also i asked for spinach and she replied that it ran out and didn’t even looked 10 seconds later another employee comes out with with a container full of spinach , if you hate your job, find another . This happened 12/17/2024 at 8:30PM
