Unfortunately they are not customer friendly. I came for the lunch special. Asked for it to go. This triggered a 2x price increase over lunch special they do not disclose is dine in only. I would have ordered dine in and taken it. They didnt care. Nailed me almost $70 for what was $35 for lunch. Truly Unfortunate. I tool pics of lunch price vs what they charged me.

Management just sucks, if you ordered To Go ,came in to pick up and its suddenly raining outside they will kick you out, whether you with a kid or promise to order more they wouldn’t let you dine in anyways just because they don’t care and it’s “their policy”. Also 8 rings of calamari with mayo for 15$ felt like McDonalds. 8 small rings of calamari with a taste of oil in Florida, where I never got something smaller than a bowl and it always tasted good. But that place is officially the worst at least for last 3 trips to eastern Florida

We ordered takeaway food, changed plans, decided to eat with the family in a place and we were refused. At the same time, the restaurant is empty. Guys, it’s a lack of customer orientation.

We ordered edamame, hamachi jalapeño and chicken fried rice. The edamame didn’t have salt the hamachi jalapeños didn’t have the jalapeños or the sauce.

Had an amazing experience at Sushi Sake! The fried rice was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and perfectly cooked. Our server was fantastic, super attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The drinks were on point, too, refreshing and well-balanced. It's definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

I just arrived at Sushi Sake to place my order. I drove all the way there because it says they close at 10 PM. We arrived at 9:29 PM. The guy says they're closed, even though the website says 10 PM. Disappointing and unethical. I usually eat at this location regularly — not anymore. What a lack of respect.

All was well until the waitress got defense about removing the automatic 20% gratuity which is insane for a regular restaurant and the fact she was telling me that they don’t remove it because it’s written everywhere on the menu. Just because you guys decided to write it doesn’t make it a law or just and true. Only high end restaurants do that and usually parties of 6 or more. I don’t like that I felt like she was arguing with me when I asked her to remove it. I still tip well but for you guys to force a 20% tip on less than an hour service is beyond crazy. She removed it but only after telling me it’s a courtesy when no it’s not a courtesy her response should have just been okay. And honestly after that interaction I shouldn’t have left a tip but never again that’s insane you guys need to stop that. It’s funny how after she removed it the new receipt printed with the actual real suggested tip which shows that I actually tipped well for the service. Sushi sake you guys are trying to rob people and then give an attitude about it. SMH.

I have eaten at Sushi Sake at 152 and Parklan and their food is excellent and exquisite. But here in Cutler Bay it is worse than eating at a Chinese fast food restaurant. I ordered rice with shrimp which only had 2 shrimp chopped into pieces and the steak ter yaki medium wel was hard and stiff. $42 dollars the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. If I called and complained, they told me they would make another order, but I said no. I'm not a person to return food because you never know what the cooks will do when you complain about their terrible food.

The food wasn't bad, but their staff is full of kids. They are all flirting with each other and half pay attention to the customers. Our server disappeared so we had to ask another to assist which only made things more confused. Prices are crazy and 20% is added to every bill by default. My wife and I will not be coming back.

It’s always a 45 min wait for your food no matter what the girl on the phone says. The place isn’t even full they had maybe 3 tables . I find that ridiculous specially if you’re ordering take out and they tell you 20 min.

Customer service is warm and friendly. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. To the person behind the counter making the sushi you are doing a great job! All the sushi I had so far are amazingly delicious. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered my dresser to go by phone and after an hour at the place they told me that they didn't have any order, but they did remember that I had called. The bad thing was that they told me that if I wanted it I had to wait 15 more minutes but they didn't say they were sorry, there was no order, nothing like horrible

Food and service great!
Disappointed with the 20% gratuity included in bill for two without option to adjust accordingly, but there’s an option to give more gratuity. I give generous tips, but I don’t appreciate the establishment dictating how I reward good service versus bad service.
