I ordered my food online and then drove to pick it up. I still had to wait over 40 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I would not have waited had i not already paid for the food. The workers are not friendly at all and seem annoyed. Customers are ignored. It was also not a very hygienic location. I will not be coming back to this location.

I had a horrible experience. I had no service nobody would give me the time of day they helped everyone around me wouldn't even talk to me and when I said is anyone going to help me they all just stared at me so I said okay then bye and they all said bye, seemed very racial. I will never go back there again.

Nasty place nasty manager with a nasty mouth hope all wing stops are this way. They need undercover boss to go and see for themselves.The manager was foul mouth and nasty.

This place is horrendous. Gross, there’s not even a trash can by the drink area. There were flies and I was scared to even touch anything. The staff is unprofessional, couldn’t care less to help you, and I’ve ordered from there about 5 times and my order has been completely wrong every single time. I won’t ever be spending another penny there again.Parking: There’s maybe 10 parking spots in front of the store and most of the parking lines aren’t even recognizable. Everyone just parks how they want and there are golf carts driving around everywhere

This is by FAR the worst wing place I've ever been. It's disgusting, I saw flies everywhere, there's no trash can by the drink area. The employees are rude and couldn't care less about their jobs or helping you order and they can't ever get my order right. I've spent a good amount of money there already and when I go somewhere for wings and they NEVER get the wings right, I can't find it in myself to go there. This place needs to get it together

Place gives Wingstop a bad name 1 hour 1/2 for 20 wings fire every remedial employee that works there and start fresh, people work at the speed or smell, must of scouted every employee straight out of special ED first round picks

Worse experience ever, never ordering from this location EVER!.I placed an order at 7:35 pm and received my food at 10:14pm had the poor guy from door dash wait there 2 hours. Totally unexcepptable either the employees don't work as they should or my best guess is poor management. Save yourself frustration and go eat somewhere else.P.s from past experience of walking by, the employees prefer talking and gossiping about nothing rather than help the customer. That's going on everywhere with this young generation.

Every employee needs to get fired from here sucks to say that so brutally honest but they never get a order right there is always something wrong with my order bro come on y'all get paid and I pay to eat it sucks that I can't even. Enjoy some wings that I pay for because it s not free it's hard earned money and you charge and I don't get it .smh that's why I never order from here I rather drive to 168 at least there the employees get your order right

Four combos. Waited over 45 min for our order. Online orders took precedence. When we received our order, the chicken patty was burned and stiff as a rock. Also, we ordered boneless and received regular wings. I informed the staff. Waited another 20 min until I asked how much longer until I receive my food and was told they have a lot of orders coming in and do not know how long it'll be. I expressed my frustration and tried to reason with staff. Staff was dismissive, walked away and did not take accountability. Moments later a gentleman came from the back and heard our concern and took care of it. We ended up waiting over another 10 min. Choose another location. I'm sure you have better things to do than to wait around until this staff gets around to making your food and getting it RIGHT.

I wanted to use the restroom and it is only available for employees. Being a restaurant, it does not have a restroom for clients? It took 32 minutes to deliver my order and what I ordered was boneless and did not have the quality and rich flavor that they had before.
