I’m very grateful that they have an all vegan burger on the menu. However, the fact that you can’t modify it is ridiculous. You should be able to take off the spicy sauce because not everyone eats spicy foods. On top of that some people have allergies. Please fix this so that people can order their food how they like it. On top of this the girls working up front were rude and distracted with their own conversations.Vegetarian options: They have a fully vegan burger on their menu.

Massively overpriced for what is effectively Burger King food with service worse than Burger King. Despite it being 11am and the park already open for an hour, the restaurant did not appear to be ready to serve. Staff did not not acknowledge us, but pointed at kiosks when we attempted ordering in person. They didn't acknowledge us after completing the kiosk prompts either, and we had to ask for our drink cups. The self serve soda dispenser was out of Coke, other dispensers ran out as more people arrived. There was no ketchup in the entire restaurant. I mean we're talking about the bare basics here. They can't even get that right, and they have the gall to charge $70 for three fast food quality burger meals. But it wasn't fast food, because it took over twenty minutes to get our order as well. Had the dingy feel of your generic fast food joint, but also with some obnoxious music. By far the low point of the Legoland experience.

The fact you can't take the sauce of the burgers I ridiculously laughable. Why would you even try to run it this way.

Chicken tenders & fries were very good. Had ranch & honey mustard dipping sauce. The burgers were good too.

Burger and chicken tenders were both some of the worst we’ve ever had. No modifications can be entered when ordering. Poor quality and just gross all around.

Worst burger I’ve ever had in my entire life.. the fact they think this qualifies as food is disgraceful.

On a recent visit I was casually informed that all of the employees have been working since 8 am without a single break (it was a bit after 2pm). This is not an acceptable labor practice for massive theme park. The staff was friendly given the situation but clearly overworked. The food they prepared was good.

The experience was good, but the line started outside and was very, very slow. Inside, only 2 of 4 cashiers working. Took us 40 minutes to order. We ordered bbq bacon burger, chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. All of them had good taste for the price and the kind of food.Needs management improvements.Vegetarian options: Beyond burgersKid-friendliness: Chicken tenders and cheeseburgers
