My family and I stayed at the Legoland Hotel for an entire week. The atmosphere around both hotels and the park itself was amazing. All of the staff members were lovely and made my son's birthday extra special. Hunting for pop badges was super fun, even for adults, however, its meant as a way for children to get out of their shells and speak to people, so if youre hunting with your kids, encourage them to be the ones to ask staff members for the badges. Also, there's a very good reason for check in times at 4pm at the hotels- so you dont have to pay for parking ($35/day). The park is very inclusive, having a sensory rating system throughout on various rides and attractions, there are also sensory-friendly hours in the park. I can't say enough good things about this place and we are already planning on returning.
I'm an adult and I love LEGOLand they have places to sit Down and shorter lines for people with Disabilities the hotel is beyond wonderful i loce the LEGOLand hotel TV channel 10 out 10
I’m actually shocked they don’t charge you to breathe. If you have money, you can skip past the people that crimp and save to go there to jump ahead of those people so that your kids can ride the rides. The food was disgusting. I was starving to death so I bought a rice crispy treat. I thought you can’t mess up a rice crispy treat right Wrong save your money and go to Silverwood or somewhere else cause I’ve heard the Disneyland is the same way if you have money skip ahead pass the people that are there probably eating macaroni and cheese for a year so that their kids can see Legoland or Disney World or Disneyland sad very very sad.
Has the worst hot chocolate in the world…tastes like one scoop of chocolate powder in hot water without any milk or sugar. HORRIBLE
Chill cafe with hot teas, coffees and bakery items. Macaroons were delicious! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Great place to escape the people and heat. They currently have models of Lego Masters (US) hidden in the back of the shop. The smoothies are very good.

The coffee was awful! I asked for hot chocolate and it was worse. Wasted 15 dollars. And when I went to ask for another drink I waited 15 minutes and got ignored by the workers. Don't recommend.

These reviews have to be fake. The coffee was awful and so expensive. Got a cold brew and it was $7.50, more than Starbucks at Disney cost for a smaller drink and McDonalds quality. If you want coffee get it before you come into the park

Legoland refreshments. Reasonably priced for a theme park venue. Very fast too!

We went in to order iced coffee. Iced coffee was listed on the menu on the wall. When we asked to order it we were told they "don't do iced coffee." Rude workers as well. She didn't greet us or ask to take our order and just stared at us expectantly lol.
Absolutely amazing iced coffee!! Chocolate chip cookie is huge! There is also a public restroom inside. Also a wall where you can trade your Lego mini figures.
