Pelican's SnoBalls

The snow cone was good as usual however the young lady who waited on this had a very bad disposition and no personality never really said hi or bye. she stood hidden the whole time we were in there I was really surprised.

I went to get ice cream on Sunday afternoon with my daughter and my niece. The lady that was up front was talking casually with a person she knew and ignore us for a good few minutes. She never even acknowledged that we're there not even I will be with you in just a moment nothing. I will never come back if they don't have customer service etiquette. It's sad how these ice-cream shops don't make it because they don't know how to handle a business. I will never go back it's so sad for real 😞 these kids will never find a good ice-cream shop

While I completely understand a closing time, I also understand that when customers are throwing money at you, you take it. RATHER than be mad that you have to take another order.

Pelicans, I wanted to give you my money, and drive though home girl at the window was clearly mad at me for that. Along with those 5 customers that walked in after my order, to throw their money at you. Do better drive through girl. There are open hours for a reason. You are open till 8pm, so 7;30 is ok. Maybe stay OPEN later. Back to school hours isn’t working.

Great location just down from Legoland. It wasn't busy the Thursday we went in. There was a drive through which seemed to gwt nost of the attention. I had a Key Lime Pie SnoCreme. So delicious. The kids had Sea Breeze SnoBalls with Shark gummies. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great job!

This is hands down the BEST snocone treat place I've ever been to. My kids and I have become addicted to this low cost treat and stop in just about daily. The staff is kind, the store is clean and bright, the prices are perfect, and the flavors are out of this world!!! Our community is blessed to have this little gem in our very own backyard!

We love Pelican's! The only issue is trying to decide which flavors to get whenever we go.

REFUSED my families service. We waited in line for 30mins to order while 2 teenage girls were rapping with some boy that worked at LEGOLAND and when we went inside to ask for there names and order they told me they aren’t giving me their names ran to the back laughing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
