First off atmosphere was horrible, people are fighting in the drive threw and cutting each other in line, had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my food, then I pull up to the window and the girl was very nice. But the orders were all mixed up. Probably because people were fighting in line.. food was cold. All around not a good experience but the staff was nice

Disappointed onions try to pass off as them they are mashed up potatoes or look like them seasoned sad. You can't peel onions now and deep fry like French fries. Won't eat there anymore. Found a place who makes real onion rings we go there hamburgers beat all fast food places also.

Me and my husband went there today and I was disappointed. The menu said that they had the jalapeno bites and I tried to order some, but the worker had informed me, very rudely, that they no longer carry them. I was ok with them being out of them, but she didn't have to be rude about. I would've understood if they were busy, but there was only one other customer in there and maybe two in the drive-thru. I asked her for some Mayo, salt, and pepper. Again, she very rudely informed me that they were out of pepper. I love Burger King, but I sure won't be back to this one.

Excellent service shout-out to the very nice young ladies at the drive through windows. Keep up the great customer service! Wish every place was like this! These ladies definitely deserve a raise! Went on today afternoon hours.

Came in thru drive for a cup of ice cream. I payed at the window lmao this is crazy and was accused of not paying by BROOKE😂😂 attitude was ridiculous and when I asked for a spoon I was ignored lmao. Sat at the second window to get a spoon and again BROOKE had the nastiest attitude over a spoon😠not to mention the dirty looks she gave me. Like okay sorry your day sucks😂

This place is a joke. The staff are slow and incompetent. I have spent 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting to just pay. I've spent over 30 minutes in the damn drive thru, I would have left but I was basically blocked in by other people waiting .The employees take their time doing anything but working. The location would be a good place to open a restaurant if they could get some employees that worked. However, I've noticed this to be a trend with most Burger Kings. Won't be back and if the place were to catch fire I would definitely do my best to keep people from putting it out.

This establishment is pathetic. The staff are liars and very rude. They gave me a defective cup that spilled sprite all over me and she knew it was defective bc the lid wasn’t even on when she handed it to us. She lied and said they were out of lids when we asked for a different cup yet other customers after us received lids. She was rolling her eyes and being a complete snob. I’m not understanding why it was that serious for her to just give me a cup that wasn’t tore at the top with a lid. I wouldn’t spend one single penny in that restaurant again just because of the awful staff. They also screwed up my boyfriend’s order on top of the cup incident. They’re terrible.
