Food sits in the stall waiting to be bagged cashier girl on her phone manager in drive-thru talking to employees food sat for 2mins before I had to ask them to bag my food so I can leave. Unbelievable this is normal for this location.

First off atmosphere was horrible, people are fighting in the drive threw and cutting each other in line, had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my food, then I pull up to the window and the girl was very nice. But the orders were all mixed up. Probably because people were fighting in line.. food was cold. All around not a good experience but the staff was nice

Disappointed onions try to pass off as them they are mashed up potatoes or look like them seasoned sad. You can't peel onions now and deep fry like French fries. Won't eat there anymore. Found a place who makes real onion rings we go there hamburgers beat all fast food places also.

Me and my husband went there today and I was disappointed. The menu said that they had the jalapeno bites and I tried to order some, but the worker had informed me, very rudely, that they no longer carry them. I was ok with them being out of them, but she didn't have to be rude about. I would've understood if they were busy, but there was only one other customer in there and maybe two in the drive-thru. I asked her for some Mayo, salt, and pepper. Again, she very rudely informed me that they were out of pepper. I love Burger King, but I sure won't be back to this one.

Excellent service shout-out to the very nice young ladies at the drive through windows. Keep up the great customer service! Wish every place was like this! These ladies definitely deserve a raise! Went on today afternoon hours.
