Me and my husband went here on 11/8 Friday night and waited in drive thur forever to get our food number 1 and then the guy gives us our drinks with no ice in them and number 2 I had ordered both meals large with large fries mind you we went there due to this is our favorite place to eat fast food my fries were not a large they were a small and they were cold on top of that !! Then I go to eat my chicken sandwich it's over cooked and black you could not bite into it it was tough so needless to say it went in the trash this is what I got for 27.00 ridiculous come on checkers you are famous for your fries you have to do better than this i am very disappointed and my husband got to enjoy his food and I had nothing
This place is slower than any checkers I have ever been in. I watched 5 vehicles that had been in line for drive thru leave because the line was backed up. Waited 20 minutes to make my order.15. they need 10 minutes. The automobile sat after paying for atleast 15 minutes. Once my order was paid for that was another 10 minutes. Worst Checker's ever.

Honestly if I didn’t have to put stars I wouldn’t have!!! I literally was there had a drink poured on me because the “kid” in the window didn’t care enough to make sure the lid was on the drink!!! On top of that I had a $50 dollar order and half my order was missing !!! Everything was stuffed in one bag and wasn’t even placed in neatly… and when I asked to speak to the manager on the floor she came with an attitude.. then you try to call to address the issue no one answers or you get a busy signal … checkers better get a new staff there’s to many ppl who want to work

It was a shame! We went to the window, ( supposedly taking orders)? We were totally ignored. Somebody needs to fix this. We have no plans to ever go to Checkers.
Update: Two days after I posted this review, I was referred to as a "Jeremiah" in a response. WTH. Will be contacting corporate on this one (with my screenshots).
Totally ripped off with the chicken bites, fries, & drink combo for our granddaughter (08/07/24)... appears we were charged for the combo, but recharged for the drink that was supposed to come with the combo (making an employee aware of this was a waste of time). According to our receipts, the "host" was WU106.
