Received the wrong order I called 30 minutes in advance and specifically asked for egg fried rice my husband picked up the food and when he got home it was pork fried rice. He stated that they didn’t ring up the order until he arrived and didn’t have the order written down. I called to inform them that I received the wrong order and the woman who answered the phone immediately had an attitude stating that I ordered a combo and it comes with pork fried rice, she was raising her voice at me over the phone I couldn’t get a word in. I specifically ordered from this restaurant to get egg fried rice seeing that their reviews were good so I’m completely disappointed in my experience and with the service. Moving forward I will not be returning to this establishment and you shouldn’t either.

So they close at 10 and at 9:15 we ordered 6 wings and fries, two fried rice, two lo mein, three crab rangoon, two general tso chicken and dumplings.
When I tell you that everything was perfect, delicious and hot, please believe me.

We ordered our food and sat down at the table and they made us leave they actually called 911. Because they have a sign on the window not on the door no dine in, take out only but yet they have tables. We did not get up immediately to leave. Also I got broccoli beef and the beef was rubbery gelatinous not good. I threw it out. They were so mean. We said we wouldn't be back and they said good.. Nice customer service!

Absolutely awful service. I had called and she hung up right after I had finished saying my order without saying anything prior. When I called back she had SCREAMED at me for calling back. She did not tell me anything prior to hanging up the phone regarding when my order would be done or anything at all. Never in my life have I been yelled at by someone whose job is simply to take orders and be somewhat nice.
