I met Dawn when I chose her to cater my wedding. She’s a genuine woman who knows how to cook! (Reminds me of my mamas cookin’). She & her team did a phenomenal job at my wedding, from the apps to the dinner. Outstanding. I also stop by Dinner’s Ready in Dade City for a home cooked meal when I don’t feel like cooking and it’s always delicious.
I can’t believe that I have known Dawn for at least 12 years and never had her cooking until tonight. I just so happened to be at an event she was catering and I have been kicking myself ever since for missing out on this truly gourmet food for so long. I had chicken and tortellini that was as scrumptious as if an old Italian woman had made it. The banana pudding for dessert brought me back to my childhood church luncheons. This year I chose to take it easy for Thanksgiving but didn't want to sacrifice taste or options. Dinner's Ready hit the spot. The turkey was juicy, stuffing was the bomb the ham was sweet and tasty. Mashed potatoes were REAL. So many options of sides. Portions were plenty as there was easily enough for seconds!
