Dear dominos, no one wants to place their order with someone at a call center who's not even in this country. Then have to be transfered to the actual store you were trying to call in the first place just to get a receipt for the order you had to place with a customer service representative 2 ocean's away

Ordered the kids pizza for carry out, got someone else’s order. Dried out, must have been sitting for a while. Had onions and mushrooms. I called and told they’d replace it same day or another day. So I chose to get it another day being that it was already late and my kids were about to go to bed. Fast forward to last night there was an event at the kids school so it was convenient to just get pizza for dinner. Ordered the pizza and the barely sliced it. It each piece was stuck together and we had to rip the pizza apart since we were in the car. Do better Dominos

The driver dropped our order off next to the garbage cans on the driveway. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, she simply “apologized” and said “she will let him know not to do that”. What a joke.

This place is slow for carry out phone orders . I don’t know it’s a thing with domino’s now but it’s very hard to order an over phone since it’s Bot speaking on the other side. Really Annoying & prefer to order my pizza some other store

I ordered the $19.99 special, two medium pizzas, garlic parm bites and cinnamon twist. Only received one cinnamon twist in the container and the rest was the parm bites with cinnamon on them. Taste horrible. I called back and spoke with a female named Jamie who stated they no longer have cinnamon twist. So I guess they just made up something to give me🤷♀️

Ordered from this location tonight and absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Im not sure what kind of clownage happened tonight but it feels like a big JOKE. The chicken was not edible and was RAW, ordered extra cheese and they put almost none. Ordered the stuffed pepperoni bread, and only one little piece of pepperoni ontop. Nothing stuffed inside not even cheese. Hair in the food. The list goes on. I have never in my life been so disturbed ordering from this company! So disappointed! Our order was vile. Not even worth going back and getting a replacement. I just hope we don’t end up with food poisoning from the little we ate.

Talk about going above and beyond. 1st time ordering. We live in Mirada so I had to call to place my order. They sent the wrong pizza. I was going to call but we decided to just eat it. 10 minutes later our door bell rings. DOMINOS with my correct pizza. I didn't call, I didn't ask, I didn't do anything. They did the right thing without having too. You guys are amazing! Truly amazing! THANK YOU ❤️

Food is usually good here. I have had a couple mishaps i.e. wrong crust, forgotten ingredients or a missed side, but I think that's the norm just about anywhere.

I ordered two pizzas and one stuffed crust when the delivery got here they gave us a regular handtoss not a stuffed crust what I ordered and on top of that both . Pizzas was super cold and then I called back and spoke to a manager to try to solve the issue and they hanged up on my face. Very unprofessional

This store utilizes Door Dash for orders but they don’t follow instructions listed on Door Dash delivery instructions. Delivered my food to the incorrect address. I followed instructions given by Door Dash customer service which involved placing the order using the closest possible nearby address and then adjusting my location pin to my house since our new home community is not yet detected. Dominos apparently “can’t see Door Dash’s system” so they handed the order to the wrong place. There was no way for me to message the driver and even after calling the store, they were not empathetic at all. Terrible experience.
