I keep giving this location a chance, and I thought under new ownership it would get better, but still as bad as ever. I order ahead to ensure I receive my order in a timely manner and still need to wait another 10 minutes. Please fix this sutuation

bring back the $6 meal deal, noone looks forward to a tortilla instead of a sandwich, quit being cheap and insulting dunkin
Staff gets my orders wrong on a regular basis. I now have completely switched to Starbucks and I am 100% okay with driving to zephyrhills for coffee every day or every day that I decide to drink coffee. I don’t like to complain or argue but after working in Dade city for almost 2 and a half years I’m tired of just gingerly drinking the wrong drink or miss made drink that I paid over 5$ for.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin’. The drive-thru was unbelievably slow — each car was waiting nearly 10 minutes just to place an order. I ended up stuck in the line for almost 30 minutes, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the delay at all.
No sense of urgency, no updates, nothing. Making customers wait 10 minutes per car is just unacceptable. Really disappointed with this Dunkin’ location.

I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this Dunkin’ Donuts location has been consistently disappointing. After seeing how many one-star reviews there are, I honestly believe the handful of five-star reviews must be fake, because they don’t match the reality at all.
The food is incredibly inconsistent—one day a sandwich is fine, the next it’s either dry, thrown together carelessly, or missing ingredients. The drinks are the same story. You never know if your order will taste right, be watered down, or just be completely wrong.
What makes it worse is the management. The manager here is highly unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping fix the issues, she act irritated anytime a customer brings up a problem, which really sets the tone for the whole place.
Overall, this location desperately needs better leadership and more consistency. Until then, I can’t recommend it.

I hope this finds the franchise owner of this particular location. I am a regular customer. I spent a few hundred dollars a month at this location!! I recently invested in Nespresso machine and pods to get my morning coffee now. After months of dealing with this manager, I’ve decided to no longer go business here!! The manager is rude as hell, she’s always in a bad mood. Who wants to deal with that first thing in the morning?!? She barely speaks English well enough to understand her through the speaker.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Nobody followed up.. She treats the employees like crap, ask them!!!
Hopefully the owner does something because here soon there’s gonna be another coffee shop in Dade city right across the street in the Walmart parking lot. I’m pretty sure that Duncan will go bankrupt just like Wendy’s did because Wendy’s had the same problem.
All is fine right now, Dunkin has virtually the only coffee shop around, that is until Eillos opens..

Dined in and went to use the restroom and what looked to be the manager when I went to the counter because the bathroom door was locked to ask if I can use it right as I went to the counter the manager, she looked at me and said it’s not working and refused to let me use the restroom when clearly the workers were going in there to use it and she was super rude about it and then turned around after she said it rudely

February 2025 Horrible experience. Paid for extra egg didn't get it. Frozen coffee was an icy milk. Never coming here again.
November 2025 Since last review I relocated to Dade City. I've decided to try this location again. Better experience for sure! There WAS a very nasty Latino girl there that pissed me off after telling my my coffee was made ok in the pictures. I think she's gone and the young man there is awesome. A little kindness goes a long way. Long wait still but at least the current staff is nice.

I went here at 5:25pm to order food waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes no one answered and then somebody answered and I asked for food and a drink his response was “there’s no food I’m alone and I’m not cooking” so I guess it was only drinks I understand that he was alone but if only one person is going work might as well not open at all….

Stopped in for a coffee and to do a quick quote for a customer. They were brewing a fresh batch. There was a group of kids in a booth having a good time (noisy but not overbearing) not bothering anyone which seemed to make for a better atmosphere. Took a quick trip to the clean bathroom before leaving. Would visit again.

If this place was bad before given the negative reviews it's no longer. The gentleman manning the window was a beautiful soul and we shared a good laugh. He was very aware of his product and polite and receptive to questions. The donuts were what dunkin' donuts used to be everywhere but now are not always. The doughnuts were fresh, delicious and super tasty. I'm only sad that it's far from home and I cannot go there often. But i'm glad the g p s led me here as my family , and I really enjoyed what we got. It's worth mentioning that what we originally wanted was not available. They had sold out. But the gentleman was so kind and informative of what was available that we went with alternatives, which isn't often the case when you are in hunt of something specific. And we are glad we did because it was delicious. Thank you.

If it wasn’t for Al in the drive thru, this review would only be 2 or 3 stars. Al’s positive attitude towards his job and customers makes the experience top notch. Every time that I go through the drive thru and it’s someone else the experience is mediocre at best. Al’s positivity is contagious!
