Sometimes the experience is great! However, more often than not, you're waiting in line for at least 15 minutes (no exaggeration) and they substitute your items without mentioning it to you at the window, so you get down the road and discover you didn't get what your ordered & paid for. I will say, the employees are typically very friendly!

If there is another coffee shop nearby or in town go there instead! I was the only one in line inside waited 10min for someone to take my order. Then proceeded to wait 30min to get my order. Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend go to McDonalds across the street.

This is hands down the worst Dunkin in America. I'm writing this as I am stuck in the drive through, I've been here for 30 mins and can't escape. The service is always slow, usually wrong, and sometimes rude. Every few months, they hire all new people and it runs well for a couple of weeks before they all lose the will to live.

Bad management, not monitoring products going out of their kitchen, consistent bad service, bagels not toasted, two tops and two bottoms, barely cream cheese, ice coffee watered down… the list goes on, never again‼️
Recommended dishes: Regular Coffee and Boston Cream Donuts, Caramel Iced Coffee

The food is fine in comparison to Dunkins in the area. The service, though, is hit or miss. I waited 5 minutes to order despite being the only one in line, and then it took a little longer than normal to receive my food and drink.

Ordered a donut latte with the cup lined in carmel, was told it would be extra which was fine , the issue is when I got it there was no Carmel in the cup. I asked the barista if she could please line the cup with Carmel and she told me she had. After arguing with her that there was obviously no Carmel in the cup she asked me what I expected and I told her the drink I ordered and what I paid for. She finally remade it only for her to not add the flavoring and the drink still not right. My husband then decided to go into the store to get it fixed to hear the cashier and barista complaining about us being difficult. After another round of arguing he finally was able to get the drink done the way it should have been in the first place . I don't think it's too much to ask if the drink is $10 to get what you paid for. I'll just go to Starbucks next time much easier and same price.
