Sometimes the experience is great! However, more often than not, you're waiting in line for at least 15 minutes (no exaggeration) and they substitute your items without mentioning it to you at the window, so you get down the road and discover you didn't get what your ordered & paid for. I will say, the employees are typically very friendly!

The food is fine in comparison to Dunkins in the area. The service, though, is hit or miss. I waited 5 minutes to order despite being the only one in line, and then it took a little longer than normal to receive my food and drink.

I'm obsessed with Dunkin' and living in little old dade city meant driving 20 minutes to find one. Then this location popped up and it was exciting but it sucked. As you see in other reviews, I completely agree with how bad the food was. Order were always messed up and the service was not good. But, this location had recently hired new employees who seem to actually care about their job and their customers. They now deserve 5 stars because they've seriously improved...
