This is a gluten-free store and bakery owned by a family suffering from severe gluten allergies. Their facilities and kitchen are entirely free from gluten and gluten contamination, and their selection of baked goods, sandwiches, etc., is amazing! I highly recommend this small business to anyone looking for gluten-free goodies (or, just a great sandwich and baked goods, regardless of allergy status!)
Amazing cuban breakfast sandwich ?
We went earlier today to get two Cuban breakfast sandwiches and some gluten-free pastries. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. It looks like they’re recovering from Hurricane Milton and they lost everything. The store is organized, they have local honey, canned specialties with their own brand, ice cream, boba drinks, coffee, pastries, gluten free cake and muffin mixes, and more. I did not know this existed. I will definitely be coming back for ice cream and other goods.

Delicious coffee and can even find yourself a cuban sandwich as it hosts a kitchen for Soup N Sammies. Check them both out!

I love this place! It has amazing gluten and vegan free stuff that is exquisite. I tried their pumpkin spice cookie and now I don’t want to eat a regular sugar cookie again. I also love their strawberry cheesecake. I have also gotten their gf cornbread and sourdough bread and in my opinion it is better than regular bread. Overall this is the best place to go to get gf food.

Cute bakery with a lot of options like Thai boba tea, cakes, and sandwiches all gluten free! I had a cherry brownie which was pretty good! Very very sweet which hit the spot. I look forward to trying more of their foods!
So happy to see they’re up and running again because I missed the incredible food that I can *eat* as a celiac. The lemon cake and cupcakes are incredible and made an appearance at our wedding in 2019.
When you have to be gluten free it limits your options and finding fantastic food and service on top of that is amazing. Even better is not having to go all the way back to Maine for a whoopie pie. RIP my waistline.

Everything about this lovely little bakery is a delight. The owner included. She knows her products and is able to tell you about them and their ingredients. I bought the strawberry rhubarb muffin for a friend and the turtle cheesecake for myself. My friend pronounced the muffin very good. My cheesecake was delicious. I had a cup of hot chai tea, which was fine. The cup held it's heat for quite a while. I drove from the shop to Zephyrhills and it was still plenty hot when I arrived at my friend's home.
Should you be in the area, check out this delightful Hillybilly bakery.

This place is wonderful!! My husband and I ate lunch at Soup and Sammies which is in the back of Hillbilly Farms bakery.
I was able to have a gluten free tuna hoagie on the best roll I ever had. It had shredded lettuce , tomato and pickles like I asked for.I also had loaded potato soup. It was super delicious!!!
The sandwich was cut in half. Good thing that it was. I couldn’t eat the whole thing with soup, too.
I didn’t have to worry about getting sick. My husband had a Cuban with gluten. He said it was super delicious also.
I brought the other half of sandwich home. I thought it would be soggy that night. But it wasn’t! I am so impressed by that place. If I lived closer I’d be there often.
The bakery had a case of gluten free baked goods. The people that run it have Celiac disease. So I didn’t have to worry there, either.
I brought home a cinnamon roll. I haven’t had one in years. Theirs was so good I can’t even say enough with words. It was rich, buttery and DELICIOUS!!! I was going to eat only half. But it was so delectable I ate it all.
My husband brought a raspberry crumb cheese coffee cake slice home.
It was AMAZING.
They sell spice mixes. They make lots of coffee and tea drinks. They even have Boba tea.
I bought their gf sourdough bread mix to make at home.
Thry didn’t have an extra bread that day. If they did I would have bought one of the hoagie rolls.
I f you have Celiac disease try this place out. You won’t be disappointed. If you bring someone who can eat gluten thry can have great food, too.

Very satisfied with their keto friendly baked goods. I was looking for keto friendly restaurants and just so happen stumbled upon this place. I have to say the staff is friendly and the place is very welcoming. I had the keto carrot cake and sugar free Carmel latte. The price is very decent with the quality that we got. I drove 40 mins away and would do it again just to try out some other items . I hope one day that Spring Hill would have something as such. Hint Hint Hillbilly please come to Spring Hill lol
