What a wonderful family run, gluten-free bakery! No food items are a compromise, anyone would love them. We will definitely come back when in the Dade City area.

A cute little place with a nice menu. Chili cheese tater tots were delicious. Full coffee & tea menu...and the bakery stuff was great !!!!

Initially seeing this place on Google, I saw that this bakery had more than just baked goods and also served breakfast and lunch.

I came in and saw some good looking baked goods like apple crumbled pie, a variety of jumbo cookies, and other such things.

I ended up getting the filet o fish meal with no bread and a side of tots and a canned drink for a dollar more. And so the total was only $13 before tax and tip. It took a bit to get the meal out, but I wasn't bothered by it. It was freshly made and included house made tartar sauce.

After I finished I grabbed some baked goods on the way out for and my family. Total for the baked goods was only $29 before tax.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual meal or a nice baked treat.

This is a gluten-free store, bakery, and restaurant owned and operated by a family knowledgeable about and suffering from severe food allergies.

Their facilities and kitchen are entirely free from gluten and gluten contamination, and their wide selection of baked goods, sandwiches, entres, etc., is amazing!

I highly recommend this small business to anyone looking for gluten-free goodies (or, just a great sandwich and baked goods, regardless of allergy status!).

There is also a coffee and tea bar and ice cream counter, and specialty juices and probiotic drinks are available in a large cooler. They offer a selection of dry goods, including their own fantastic bread and cake mixes. A large frozen contains gluten free goodies and heat-to-eat meals, in addition to the ready-to-eat and made-to-order options available.

This team really knows their stuff. Everything went better than expected.

Phenomenal. Addicting. Giving... Top Baker. My dad found this place. In true dad fashion, he brings his favorite daughter (only daughter) treats when he visits an hour away. I have Celiac so these treats are extra special. Everything I've had so far has been incredible. I mistakenly gave my husband and kids (non celiac people) a taste and now I have to gobble it up at warp speed or hide in the closet while devouring each delicious sent from heaven morsel. Thank you for sharing your magical baking skills. Every single gluten free dessert reminds me of the days before my diagnosis. 🥰🥰🥰

I recently visited hillbilly Farms with a friend. I have an allergy to wheat and she is celiac. It was so good! It is worth the drive to have a special treat and not having to worry about cross-contamination. The owners are so nice, personable and really caring. Thank you so much we will be back!
