Tonight, we came in around 6:30pm and were pleasantly greeted by Michelle. The restaurant was completely empty except our family of 3, when within 5 minutes of seating us, two sets of couples and a 15 person party came in. Michelle handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She even hopped in the kitchen to help the cook prepare food for the larger party.
You have a gem, and I hope you know this and appreciate her.

During my last visit, I didn’t have the best experience with another server, but this time Leah completely changed my impression of this IHOP. She was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal. Leah made us feel welcome and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely be coming back again!
