On previous visits we had NO problems. They served us almost always with 30 or 20 minutes left and they treated us with a lot of love. The times we went, which are several times, we had no problem.But on Thursday, April 11, we went at night and there were 18 minutes left until they closed and they told us that no one was allowed in because they were about to close. I felt sorry for 2 older people before us who barely got to the door since they could hardly even walk and they didn't want to help them for me, no problem, but it gave mepity with the 2 elderly gentlemen. I think that if it is the case that they do not accept people arriving 15 or 20 minutes early, then they should change the schedule and not make it difficult for the employees or the customers.

Everyone knows what to expect at an IHOP. This one I would say underperforms. The staff were very rude inconsiderate unattentive and made you feel like it was a bother serving you burien the food is super low quality.

Service levels were just non existent at this location. I know a lot of establishments are struggling but this location was very bad. It took 45 minutes just to get drinks. The building seemed to be at around 80 % capacity so it shouldn’t have taken that long. This was the second time I’ve had poor service here, probably won’t be back as there are many other places to eat at. The owners should do some secret shopping and see what’s going on with service. Another issue was that they were out of several food items and the waitress was going to still place the order, with some ingredients missing? What’s going on here?

The service was horrible. When we gave our names to be put on the list I asked the young lady how long of a wait and she said she couldn't give me a time frame. It took close to 10 mins to get a seat. We ordered the Cinnabon crepes and they came back almost an hour later to say they don't have enough cream for the crepes. When they brought the new order they should have given some of the crepes that we originally ordered and then the new crepes order. I will not go to this location again.

IHOP Dade City is the best IHOP I've enjoyed in 10 years!!! Not only is the food and customer service AWESOME, but they even support our school-aged students with academic encouragement. We at EAST Pasco Education Academy truly love the food you serve and what you do for our community!!!!! You're the Best!!!!

One of the IHOP locations that are not open 24H.When we first got in, we had to wait to be seated when there were a lot of available tables. We were then guided to our table, which was not cleaned. The floor was a mess with food that was scattered all over. The personnel did not even notice until it was brought to their attention. We requested a different table. They had to wipe it down, but instead of letting us sit while cleaning the table, they made us stand and wait some more. My boyfriend lost his appetite due to the poor customer service. Thus, he only had coffee. I decided to order, and our waitress decided to sit, have some soda, and chat with another coworker who was wrapping silverware with just a fork and knife. My partner had to personally approach her to give my order, and lol, he had to ask for sugar for his coffee because what he got was salt and pepper with 1 creamer.The saving grace was Ashley ??. She was able to offset our disappointment with the way we were treated. Ashley did an excellent job with customer recovery. I am surprised that she's not the manager because she was great and very personable.The food was good but unfortunately the service was very poor ?. If you want great food with great customer service, I could not recommend this place unless you are one of the lucky ones to get Ashley as their waiter.Give me a thumbs-up ? if you found this review helpful and insightful.
