Spent $50 on food for the family and I couldn’t get one packet of ranch with all my chicken they made me pay extra all while the other kfc locations have never done this, will not be back due to rude employees

I wanted some KFC so I ordered through doordash. The food arrived fast and was still nice and warm the only thing is they need to do something with a macaroni and cheese it just has no taste or flavor at all I know it's not this location it's something to do with corporate but other than that I enjoyed the food. I also purchased a blackberry lemonade man that thing was just amazing I wish they sold it by the gallon cuz I would buy several

I think we’ll just stop going, every time we go for take out they always forget something-this time, they have no gravy at all for the mashed potatoes!! I check every single order every time, even if it holds up the line, because of this. My husband picked this up. The Mac and cheese is dry and crusty on the edges, the chicken strips are cold, and they didn’t even include a napkin. Plus they were out of receipt paper, so we couldn’t even prove later what we ordered. I’ve worked at so many restaurants/fast food places in my life, I can honestly say, there’s NO excuse to be this careless, and now fast food workers want higher pay? Shouldn’t you have to earn that?? I’m sorry to sound like a grump, I’m just so tired of this happening.

The woman at the drivethru even remembered me. I haven't really been there since my husband passed away almost 3 years ago.
Walked in and was next in line. Not even 5 minutes, and I was leaving with my food. The service was excellent, and the food was hot and delicious . Great trip today.
