Every single time I come to this location, they always have stuff missing from my orders! How hard is it to make sure everything that the customer orders is ALL accounted for before handing it to the customer. Very few occasions where they’ve made my order correctly without issue. Fed up with this places poor customer service. Tried calling to let them aware of the fact I had stuff missing from my order but no-one wants to seem to answer the phone either. I just wanted to get home after a long day and eat some chicken nuggets 😭

We usually don’t complain about anything wrong with our food but today was just crazy. My dad usually eats the top half of the Big Mac then finishes with the bottom half, so he finishes his first half and to our surprise the bottom half was bitten but yet the top half didn’t have anything wrong with it we were all stunned by the fact we found the bottom half of the Big Mac bitten here’s a picture of how it looked like. We are very disappointed.

I would not let Erin Mendoza run a free lemonade, stand let alone a McDonald’s Every time I come in, there’s never anyone standing in the register. I’m standing there for 10 minutes until I get acknowledge the food is always room temp and seems old all the tables have crumbs on them. The employees are very rude and all have attitudes., If I was the owner of this location, I would fire Erin Her incompetency is destroying this locations Integrity

I don't normally review fast food chains because people normally expect semi service, nothing special..... But this place just completely sucks at their job ! I've received 4 incorrect orders now! I've had my order completely canceled after waiting 45 mins to pick it up, and the only reason we are picking up is because God forbid they put everything you order in the bag for delivery ! I truly believe they are leaving out products on purpose to save money or steal ! Happens every single time I go! Never fails to disappoint! Knock it down !!! Or rehire a entire new staff that actually gets trained!

This McDonald's SUCKS.... every single time we go there, its a problem...oh n definitely make sure you check your receipts cause they are upsizing your drink n charging you for it without telling you...n the receipts will say you paid with a card even if you paying with cash...this McDonalds is weird

I'm giving it one star because it takes more than an hour and a half to wait for my order.
Ordered with app, 15 minutes later hit ready when almost there and it was ready when I walked in, was for four people.

The service here sucks, I have been here multiple times at 11pm and it’s always “we can’t take your order, our system is updating”. Oh and if you ordered on the app good luck, they won’t cancel it on their end so you can get a refund instead you have to fight for it back with your bank. But hey, it’s McDonalds what did I expect.

I ate half my hash brown and pulled out my sandwich to add the rest of the hash brown to it and there was a large shard of glass/thick plastic of some sort right on my sandwich. Luckily I noticed it first.
