It's very upsetting that almost always after waiting in a long line, just to find out that the icecream has been cleaned early so its out of service as well as the iced Coffee and usually something is always missing in the order...Also the toy does not match the Happy Meal

Is anyone else wondering why this McDonalds’ system is regularly down? It’s almost bazaar. lol
If I could put 0 stars i would. This mcdonalds is an absolute disgrace. I will never eat at mcdonalds again because of this ONE. Already known as a less then par fast food chain but ive had enough and the fatigue is real. Drive through backed up, so I go inside I put my order in at 8:46am. Three breakfast burritos. A sweet tea. And a caramel coffee. AFTER 20 MINUTES I finally get someone over to talk and I ask where my order is that it's barely anything and there's no way it should be taking this long. She told me they were backed up with drinks. As people who put there orders in after me were grabbing multiple coffees , multiple caramel coffees, uber orders, and all. I said there is no way. One of you messed up. She still claimed they were backed up on drinks. I watched her tell another employee to ring up the drink AGAIN because they OBVIOUSLY MESSED UP. The audacity you have to have to lie to youe customers face is absolutely disgusting. By time I finally got my SMALL CARAMEL COFFEE they CLEARLY MESSED UP AND GAVE TO ANOTHER ORDER they also gave me a lemonade sweet tea instead of a regular and my burritos were ice cold from sitting there for nearly 25 minutes. An absolute disgrace I am disgusted.
