Asked for NO ketchup on a quarter pounder with cheese, the ticket on top of the box says no ketchup yet it's slathered with ketchup. Get with it MC Donalds NOT worth $15.00 an hour.

I have called 30 times from last night to this morning with no answer. What type of management does this place have that they can’t even pick up there phone for someone who has a problem with there order that I waited 30 minutes for and still was wrong

One of the fastest McDonald’s Drive Thurs I have ever been through. From the order to receiving our food it was less than 3 minutes. And that’s with them asking us to pull into “reserved #1 drive thru parking spot” to wait in our food to not hold up the drive thru. We pulled into the spot 30 seconds later our food was being handed to us. The workers were all prepared and even had extra sauces, and napkins. The main lady running the drive thru window was very polite and friendly. She spoke clearly at the speaker and repeated everything back. Not to mention she even helped us out by punching our order in another way to make it cheaper than it would’ve been the way it was ordered. So that was awesome and very helpful of her to do that for us. The kind of service we received from this location was great and that’s not something you can hardly expect to happen anymore. Nobody wants to work and do their jobs correctly. I am curious about how the inside atmosphere is here because if it’s anything like the drive thru service received then this would have to be placed In my top 5 of McDonald’s service for the whole United States. Yeah, I know. There’s a lot of McDonald’s in the US so to make the top 5 is a big deal. Thanks for the wonderful service and y’all keep up the amazing work!

So, you guys remodeled, took away the drink machine. Not like I even go inside to sit down, but y'all get rid of that thing. And then you're going to make people stand outside when you scheduled too many employees instead of using the second window. I'm contacting corporate about this. There is a heat advisory. That is not something you should do is make people stand outside for no reason.
