First time in today. Ordered the highlight menu option, the Olio Tomahawk Steak. This thing was HUGE! Came with a charcuterie of side items, veggies, bread, a salad, and sauce. Best part was the granite slab they bring table side. Once they filet the steak, you cook to temperature right there on the table. The steak was perfectly seasoned. Big enough for two and plenty to bring home. Staff was attentive and courteous, and there was no wait. Will be back!

Visiting family in Dade City from Kentucky. My husband and I decided to have an early dinner at Olio’s.
Dinner was amazing, I had the chicken parmigiana it was delicious. Very large servings, so go hungry.
For dessert we had the Spaghetti Gelato, definitely shareable and wonderful.

My husband and I have been here twice and really feel that we struck it rich discovering this gem. We were told about this wonderful restaurant by a friend (Dan) who is a weekly patron.
To celebrate our Wedding Anniversary we were very impressed with Brandon who took very good care of us. He was friendly, polite and had all the good traits of a server. We love the food, the atmosphere and the way we feel when there. It's a bit of a drive from Lakeland but worth it.

Olio is my family and I’s new favorite restaurant! This is our second time around and we had the wonderful Paulina! She was extremely sweet and caring ? The food is delicious, and the ambience is great. There is not one bad thing about Olio’s, you HAVE to come.
Had a wonderful experience at Olio’s. My husband and I enjoyed the food immensely! The quality of food is fresh. You can tell the chef takes pride in her job. It was very busy and people were waiting outside to be seated (no surprise)! The flow of service was super smooth. You can really tell that the employees take value in the customers experience. Which speaks volumes, as that can be rare. Mariana was our waitress. She was considerate and attentive to our dining.

Stopped by for a nice little lunch date with my boyfriend, and we were amazed with the quality of the service and food! Liliana was one of the best servers we’ve encountered, and treated us with such kindness and care. Definitely make sure to get the cannoli and tiramisu!
