Tried to order online, it wouldn't go through. Pulled up to the restaurant and sent my boyfriend in. He stood at the counter for over 5 minutes (two employees did see him) before I called and asked if they were open. The employee said he was taking another order over the phone but was actually sitting around a corner doing nothing. Finally got his order taken after that. Train all the employees to take orders if one doesn't want to do it.

Ordered pizza on line to be delivered and gave a tip, charged 4 x the same amount and when I called the store I was told that they didn’t have an order, I explained that the bank statements showed 4x and the young lady stated nothing under our name. However, a driver arrived 25 minutes later with a box of 1 pizza which the order was larger and asked if he was at the right house? and asked to pay cash, I’m so confused. There is a scam going on at this store, we called the store and spoke to shift manager Dylan and he asked for a picture of the bank statement showing the deductions, are you serious right now! Please do not go or buy from this store, there is definitely something wrong there!

Ordered online and got the text message that pizza was done at 8:45... My food was not even started yet. While my husband was waiting for it to be made one of the employees Luis cussed out a door dash employee right in front of other customers. Very rude and unprofessional. Won't be back here and will let others know how awful they are.*UPDATE: food arrived at home. My pepperoni and sausage papadila had 1 pepperoni on it and my husband's buffalo chicken one had zero buffalo sauce. I called the store and the 2 options were to give me 35% off my next order or give me a "mistake" pizza for free. Like WHAT!!! When I said absolutely not I was offered a refund.
