The place is clean and the service is great.
Tamren was absolutely amazing! I don't go to subway often and I don't live in Dade city but I will honestly stop in to subway anytime im in the area (at least 2 times a month) just to see her an get food from her. Amazing attitude, I had questions cause I'm on a strict diet and she helped me and let me say, the best dandruff sandwich I ever had from subway! She is such a good vibe and so amazing! Tamren you are awesome and I thank yoh, and is will see you again.
Eaze of ordering via the app but sandwiches are getting smaller
Came in for the 6.99 footling deal. After ordering and getting to checkout to pay was informed that it is only for mobile orders. Ridiculous. No wonder subway is losing bussiness
Store is always clean. The super friendly guys that work the closing shift always make our sandwiches exactly as requested. We go quite often.
Disgusting
I'm a customer of Hispanic descent and noticed that I was not greeted or talked to respectfully as the other customers of Caucasian decent in line. The guy named Daryl and his manager treated me like a second-class citizen. I was not greeted, was spoken in an angry tone, no please, and thank you was said to me. I heard the manager made a comment to another customer that she would never give her a cold service. I look Hispanic. However, im a US citizen who happens to be Hispanic and was treated awfully. It appears that they had a bias and assumed i was here illegally based on how they treated me. Daryl went as far as commenting to another customer about Joe biden and laughing about the customers' comments on immigration and inflation made. Never thought politics were to be spoken at work. I get a feeling they assumed I was illegal cause I looked Hispanic. To their surprise, I'm a us citizen who happens to be republican. I dislike hate and disrespect. People assume things based on ethnicity. I was dressed well and was treated awfully cause of my ethnic background to give an assumption in their mind. Even the lady of Caucasian descent behind me told me it was wrong how they treated me inside. Needs a change in management and staff.
I went in to get lunch for my boss & my self. And it came out pretty good. The staff is nice. Clean & calm.

Stopped by Subway and ordered two 6-inch subs and a large drink, and I was shocked when the total came to $18. While the food was decent and what you'd expect from Subway, the prices felt way too high for the portion sizes. For that amount, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and gotten a full meal. It’s disappointing to see such steep pricing for what’s supposed to be a quick, affordable option. Definitely rethinking if it’s worth returning at these rates.

It's hard to find a "good" fast food experience these days, but every employee I've ever encountered here is friendly, professional and nice. It goes a long way. The food is good and fresh and the dining room is always clean. Thank you for putting in the effort to run a nice establishment with good service! It's appreciated!

If you order on the app, please call them anyway to make sure they got the order. I've been told it's an app ordering issue where it just never gets sent to the location even though it shows as sent. The food was fine once it was actually done, but it wasn't a time saver when you still have to stand in line.
Vegetarian options: They put whatever you want on bread, so just don't ask for meat.

Worst subway sandwiches ever! Ordered at 12:25 to be picked up at 12:45. At 1:05 we're told they do not have our order then when my husband got to the car an employee came out and said our order just came in. The Manager made our sandwiches, didn't get all the meat, didn't get the double cheese and tasted horrible! Always got awesome sandwiches in Spring Hill. This Subway was an epic fail from ordering to pickup!

New guy working there needs to be re-trained. Always glowers at customers and seems like he is just one interaction away from losing it. It is almost an inconvenience he has to do his job! Learn to make the subs faster and realize that you have the option of quitting and doing something else that would make you less unhappy. Also, fyi, if you lay the ingredients down correctly, you’ll be able to use the knife to close the sandwich and it won’t all fall apart for the customer. I had to ask for a fork. This job may be too much for you to handle though. Bless your heart.
