EXCELLENT BBQ! ? We took a drive from Homosassa to check out The Smoking Pig and we weren't disappointed! ? I ordered 1/2 Slab of Ribs with Macaroni & Cheese. The ribs had a beautiful smokey crust. The rib meat was tender & juicy. Good stuff right there! The Mac & Cheese was delicious with a hint of smokiness. YUM!We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at nearby Middle Lake Park and had plenty left over to bring home for dinner. ?When you have a BBQ crave, I highly recommend?➡️ Open 11-6 Thursday-Saturday

Very nice food trailer setup with order and pickup windows in one side and long 4 door smoker in other side. They have a few chairs outside but it is mostly takeout.Great variety menu. I ordered the new smoked plate with smoked pork , truffle fries, and baked beans plus extra side of slaw. For $15 there was over 1/2 pound of pork on plate.Everything was some of the best I've eaten. Can't wait to go back, and try every thing on the menu.?

I moved here from Texas a couple years ago and have tried a bunch of bbq places and every one of those places have fallen short until today. This is by far the best bbq I have had since moving to Florida. The portions are a good size and the bbq itself is amazing. Definitely will be going back every chance I get. 5 stars without a doubt.

This place is A Plus.Family owned.They are on the split by Blanton and Lake Iola before 75...What an amazing experience. The food is fanominal.I had the Pig Works sandwich, and my husband the Carolina with fries.... so, so good.I have to share because this is too good too miss...Just don't cut me in line.... ?Can't wait to go back...

We were very pleasantly surprised by everything we had! Great brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, Coleslaw and ribs! Everything was very well seasoned, moist and hot! We will be back!

Amazing BBQ trailer. Some unconventional menu items but they are delicious! Def needed as there are no restaurants for miles. They plan to move into the old Hancock Grove building and open up a general store and butcher shop. They are currently only open Thu-Sat from 1100 until they sell out...which is normally by 1800.
