I visited this location today and i must say the customer service was very spectacular and was exactly what i expected when it comes on to good customer service.I am not sure what was the name of the particular young lady who was the cashier on front counter but i must say she did a spectacular job assisting me and my family.

I ordered on mobile app: one cheeseburger and one small fries. They wanted to waste more than ten minutes of my time. So I walked out. Very poor customer service especially for a tourist area - Dania Beach entertainment district and Oakwood Plaza mall.

This is by far the best fast food restaurant I have been to in awhile great customer service, food was delicious, and restaurant was Clean even down to the bathroom. We are often quick to give bad reviews and not good ones but I had to take the time out to acknowledge this particular burger king because all is not like this.

Store hours are inaccurate. This location is supposed to be 24 hours but this is the second time we come and no one answered the drive thru. Last time the lights weren’t on, however tonight the lights were on but still no service. I suggest you change your hours or hire new night staff.

First time at this location and will be our last. We had a hard time getting out order even taken at the window and then when we pulled forward to pick it up, it was wrong. Very wrong. So as we are trying to get the lady at the window to help us fix the order we paid for, she said no and that we are trying to hussle her. Now let me tell you what was missing. I asked for cheese on my burger but asked for no patty and it came out with just three pieces of lettuce that were shredded a half of a tomato and two pickles and I paid seven dollars for that and when I asked her where the cheese was, she said I don’t get cheese and I said I ordered this with cheese and no meat and she refused to give me a cheese slice. Then repeated to her coworker that I’m just trying to hustle her. Yes, I am just trying to hustle her for a piece of cheese that I paid seven dollars for.Then, when there was missing items in our order, and we saw that one of them wasn’t paid for we offered to pay for it at that window if she could get it for us, and she also refused that telling us that we had to go all the way back around to order. Not the way to run a window.My husband and I are both from the service industry and we give a lot of lenience to people who work really hard, especially at fast food. Restaurants doing the late shift. We constantly are going out of our way to be extra kind, but this woman made it impossible to want to do that.I would steer clear, unless you want items that they want to give you not what you actually want.Here is a picture of my $7 sandwich.

If there was an option for zero, I would definitely give them a zero. It’s sad. I’ve been going to this Burger King since I was a kid, just the people they have working there nowadays is a sad picture. The menu screen is broken inside the building, my wife and I witnessed a worker without gloves handling the food, another worker was shorting (putting less) the fry orders. Just disgusting, that this is what service has come to. We waited for about 5-10 minutes and no one approached us to take our order, so we walked out. Probably the best decision we made. The environment was definitely not good for the Burger King brand

Worst Burger King..I asked for water with ice and a lid!and the employee or manager or whoever gave me a small plastic cup with no ice just room temperature hot water.the burger is so cheesy and so hot.theres also a ant in my burger so I didn’t eat more of it.u have to pay for A LID..fries were good..this Burger King is the worst just skip it-drive thru experience.

I'm not certain what the rodeo burger is supposed to have on it but mine came with a half of an onion ring on it only. Oh, and this culinary masterpiece took 6 minutes to prepare on an oty drive-through.

Waited over 30 minutes for order. Literally missing half of our stuff. While waiting 3 different customers came in and left after not even being acknowledged. This is literally the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to.

Other than Amy ,this place is an embarrassment to the chain . The manager walks around on her damn phone while she watches Amy struggle taking orders left and right and bagging on her own. When I finally spoke up after waiting 35 mins for my food she rudely started cursing at me in creole ,yes bad manager I don't know your name ,but I understood what you said. The general manager needs to get rid of her and put Amy in charge. Thank you Amy for being such a positive person despite bad management.

I'm gonna start saying I've always loved BK... this particular store, Stirling Rd, next to I-95, has been going downhill little by little... I understand the food is never gonna look like the TV commercials, but you can feel the lack of willingness while preparing the burger... even, I might think the rate is a little high than they deserve, but as I said before, I love BK and I hope this starts to change... at least in this store...
