Only been to this burgerfi location twice, the first time about a year ago and tried again yesterday. The first time I ate at this location I got very sick the day after. Food was not good in the slightest and took forever. Yesterday I wanted to try it again since normally I would go to the Weston location, but shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes just to have a good experience. I went in and the tables were dirty and seats were sticky, only working drink dispenser, barely any taps for the fountain drinking cups, and no cups to put condiments in. The food came out and it was even worse than last time. The fries were soft and cold. The burger was flimsy and chewy. The vegetables were clearly not fresh and tasted old. We tried to just eat and not complain since it was very busy but ultimately, threw the meal away. I realized I’d been waiting for my chocolate milkshake for 25 min at this point and had to go up to the counter and wait in line with tons of people to finally have them START making it. They brought it out and it wasn’t even the right flavor and had a weird medicinal taste to it. Super gross and overall just unpleasant experience.

The one in Ft. Lauderdale closed so we decided to check this location. Service and greeting was good, but the food was not. First of all, these were the worse fries I ever had, even McDonals’ ones are better. Second, the soda machines: one was just not working and the other one only had sprite and root beer. Definitely not going back there

The only way to order is self service kiosk. They have the computerized fountain drink machines that can offer many different choices, but the only ones available are root beer, Dr. Pepper, and Minute Maid. Couldn't even get a Coke. The order took over 20 minutes, and the burgers were dry and terrible. We couldn't eat them. AWFUL!

Today, my boyfriend and I went to BurgerFi, inspired by TikTok reviews about their food quality. We thought it would be a great lunch date. I've had their chicken sliders before, and they were delicious. However, today's visit was a letdown. I ordered at the kiosk, feeling ignored, and when I went to get drinks, the station was empty. A DoorDash driver asked for Coke, and the front-of-house staff was rude, eventually handing him a bottled beverage after snatching the cup from his hand. When we got our food, I checked everything and found we didn't get the sauces we asked for. I waited to be assisted with my to-go bag, but the FOH staff walked away, and I had to call out to get attention. The food was terrible. My boyfriend's burger and fries were subpar (he gave it 4/10), and my sliders weren't fresh – the chicken was refried and nothing like last time. It seemed like nobody wanted to work, and the experience was a major letdown. I won't be back until they hire new staff with better attitudes and a commitment to serving fresh food.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome right away. The restaurant was very clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere.
Ms. Flo made sure my order was perfect and even checked back to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The service was fast, friendly, and beyond what you expect from a burger spot.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious — but honestly, Ms. Flo’s kindness and customer service made the whole visit stand out even more. If you stop by BurgerFi in Dana Point, make sure to ask for her — she truly makes the place feel welcoming.
