Dont order from this place. The geniouses dont even know how to differentiate their garlic sauce from truffle sauce. I ordered truffle, they send garlic. Vegan burgers that are really good! I got mine in a lettuce wrap to try something new, and it was super satisfying, I would def recommend! The vibes were a little off in here though. There was no music and everyone in the kitchen was working very slowly. But if you get take-out, you’ll have a great experience, im sure!

Should've heeded the large number of 1 star reviews about customer service. Two of the ladies in the store and the man who makes the milkshakes were very professional and courteous. Fries and the chocolate shake were great. But one woman working there was extremely rude and laid back.

Never got my food after paying for it.. it was 10pm on Sunday nite and after waiting for 45 min I asked where my food was and they said they can’t make it cause they ran out of buns! No one came up to me to inform me of that and I didn’t get my money back. Aye ethey list the receipt! Horrible service!!

Overpriced for the quality you get. Fries were good but burger reminded me of any other fast food chain. $40 for 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries, and 2 drinks. Service and wait time wasn’t bad just not impressed with the food. They also messed up one of our orders. Menu is very limited not many options and the options they had were sort of plain. Most likely won’t be back.

The staff acts like you are bothering them, suggesting you use the kiosk so they can continue to talk to each other at the register. The wait time was about over 25 minutes and the burgers were cold, the gave us fries that had been sitting when we ordered. The messed up 3 of the 4 things we ordered by putting cheese on one and onions on the other. No burger fi stamp, and the sandwiches all had smushed buns. Not fresh. Never again will we come to this one. This is the only burger fi we have not enjoyed. Retraining is needed.

Terrible service, employees have no desire to work at all. They make a mistake in the order you complain to them and they get upset when the one who should be upset is you as a customer because of their very poor service. Chanuka the cashier let one person walk out ( he was in front of me)bc she took wait to long to come to back toget his order. And she took my order she lied about not having sods " bc the machine was acting it out". I will never come to this location and I will make sure tell my friend not to as well...good luck if you keep her around.

They were out of "new" grilled chicken sandwiches, and forks for salads. The service was horrible. Several people, not in our group, but including ourselves, were missing food from their orders. Service people did not seem to care, and did not take it seriously. It was a truly disappointing experience.
