It's Chipotle, the food is great, solid portions, reasonable prices. This location is always crowded and always understaffed. 30 people in line, one person making food, maybe 4 employees total. Obviously management and ownership do not see this as an issue since customers keep coming, but it has been like this for years. I hope they do better.

My daughter love this place, and I think this is real food for the many fast food on the street.

Honestly!! My second time going to this place. The food was ok 👍 Had the honey chicken with black beans with brown rice.

Worst experience. Got an email for a free avocado the app didn't work store manger told me she can't do it

If there is one man saving this restaurant, the gentleman's name is Wisdom. Like a testimony to his name, he is wise, kind, and just the person customer service says thank you to. You don't get to meet a lot of people named Wisdom, but just like that name, his customer service was nothing, but unforgettable. Thank you brother for the best chipotle service I have had in a long time~ especially after a long day of work, it was an honor. Cheers. -Patrick

Good food and staff seemed angry. Not one bottle of hot sauce could be found. Soda was the only choice because all of the juice dispensers were removed.

What's going on at this location??? I used to come here often and portions were normal. I'm returning after a couple months out and I'm consistently getting the tiniest of portions. First I thought that it was some of the employees that didn't get the memo. But no, it is everybody.

Is the owner buying a new yacht? Do we need constant viral videos showing small portions for Chipotle to pay attention?

I'll go there one more time, if only to take a picture of my food and add it to this review.

I came to chipotle on 7/11 around 8pm. Waited in line for quite awhile due to very slow service, but I stuck around. It seems there is no leadership around. What really got me was the lady starting the orders. She was very slow and The customer in front of me had a burrito and bowl. The employee started coughing and hacking and touched her gloves. She then proceeded to touch the burrito and started hacking again. She left to get a drink of water. While she was gone understandably the customer asked another employee to remake the burrito. The same employee came back from drinking water and with the same gloves wanted to make my food. I asked her if she could change her gloves and wash her hands. All she did was change her gloves, no handwashing. I walked out. I find this very disgusting and unsanitary as someone who works around food. I think this team should be retrained on sanitation and also on speed.

Terrible experience today. Ordered 2 Bowls. Paid for food to find out that they were out of forks and spoons. Around 6pm today. Went to cash register only to find a truly uncaring person at register who explained to me that they didn't have any forks or spoons. I asked him how we were to eat the bowls without utensils. He shrugged at me and didn't offer any assistance. I insisted to speak with a manager and was told by the cashier that there was not a manager or anyone else with authority on scene. I insisted he provide me with free chips to eat our bowls. That didn't work too well so I walked to a local hotel nearby and obtained utensils. Hard to believe that all these young folks working at the restaurant had no supervision. Not your best day Chipotle.

Horrible service, do not come to this chipotle. There’s another one like 5 minutes away.

Fast but got not a lot of food. In my order there was less food then a would expected did not fill the bowl at all like half way. I guess what you get for ordering online 😂
