Chipotle Mexican Grill

Did not dine, this place was unsanitary and dirty. Food spilled in the Choice process head laid all over the place and not been cleaned up until it dried. Could not die here.

Disgusting I usually go to the chipotle in Boca Raton, nice and clean. I decided to come to this one in Dania What a disappointment. Freaking look like a pig stock, freaking food all over the countertop all over the place. All food mixed up, they need to train their people a little bit Better. We’re not animals We Are Your customers we’re the one making your money. Don’t treat us like like animals. Very disappointed I should have taken pictures.

Food was ok but getting the staff to clean the tables so we could sit down and eat was impossible. Asked several times and they just didn't care. Not visiting this place again

This place deserves 0 stars for everything.
They are always out of everything so you almost never get a complete meal. Last 3 times I went they had no guacamole, no pinto beans, no peppers, no utensils, no napkins. They have extremely slow service - often times only one person doing the whole line until cash register. The place is very dirty. Trash bins always full. No hot sauces, no small cups for hot sauce, no napkins or forks, spills and dirt everywhere. Plus homeless bugs sitting outside on tables harassing people walking by. This is the last time I go to this Chipotle.

Food literally undercooked. The chicken is basically walking. It was an hour before closing and they didn’t even try to completely cook the chicken like how it’s supposed to be.

We had the chicken and steak bowls and they were really delicious. It was pricey but what isn't anymore. Did not take any photos but we enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly and the restuarant was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

Just came to chipotle they are supposed to to open at 10:45 the workers have lock the doors and want let the customers in basically turning down customers it’s now 10:53 and the manager still won’t open the door

The best manager I have ever seen at Chipotle is named Daimarys. She genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service; she is very professional, attentive, kind, and always has a smile.
​This level of service is not very common to find in restaurants belonging to this Chipotle chain. I highly recommend this restaurant. She is an outstanding person; you should keep an eye on her. She is a great employee and adds a lot of value.

Absolutely disgusting. My son found a small cockroach in the chips. I’m very concerned about the food safety at this restaurant, and what’s worse is the attitude of the employees when I complained. I had to call the manager because everyone else seemed perfectly fine with it. I’m very worried because my 10-year-old son and I, who am pregnant, ate the same thing. And the worst part is all the people who go to this place every day. The city should conduct an inspection.

This location is absolutely disgusting. There was old food all over the counters and one of the employees was coughing while she was making orders. I ordered a quesadilla, but the employee placed the tortilla directly on the dirty counter. It was so unsanitary I decided that I didn’t want to order anything anymore. This location should be shut down.

Slowest and most unorganized chipotle. Unkempt store and there was an unsheltered individual bathing outside
