Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time visiting this location (03/26/2025 around 8:15 PM) and was satisfied. The only con was that they were serving very small portions of cheese on the bowls.

Definitely worst chipotle I've ever been to. Food has no flavour. I usually like my local chipotle, this didn't do it for me

Strictly speaking from my perspective. I usually go here for lunch. It's not the worst Chipotle I've been to, but a far cry from the one of the better ones. Staff is a bit ornery, I understand, lunch rush sucks, I've worked at the Chipotle in Oakland for a year, but it's part of the job. The place is a bit messy. The food leaves a bit to be desired, also in what business is it appropriate to tell a paying customer what they are and are not allowed to purchase? Went in for a chicken quesadilla and was told I could not purchase it because it was a "kids menu item." My response to that is, so? What's your point? This is a simple transaction that does not require any further input outside of whether I want extra meat or not. I am paying for it all the same. I will say that they are efficient, but we must start asking ourselves, "what is the quality of work being produced?

Sorry, but these were the smallest portions I’ve ever seen in a chipotle. $13 for enough food to feed a three-year-old. I will never ever eat at this place again or any other chipotle’s. Rude staff on top of small portions.

Recommended dishes: Chicken Burrito

Overcooked rice. No steak and they still had 4 hours to serve customers. Half and half portions equaled half of a regular portion. Staff could barely communicate with customers and were confused the whole time. If I could put 0 stars I would. 0/10.

They were very staffed and staff was very friendly. However, it was 8:30 at night. Barbacoa was out, fajita fixings were out, at other locations we always see staff replenishing and meat cooking. Was very disappointed on the fixings.
There is always plenty of staff at the chipotle locations we go to but tables are never clean and drink/condiments/napkins were not filled even when it is not busy?

DONT EAT HERE, WORST CHIPOTLE IN BROWARD COUNTY!! BEWARE!! The service is slower than a turtle I waited almost an hour in line as usual to get to the front and they had no chicken or fajitas left (not the first time). Something is always missing at this location. Understaffed and cheap management leads to poor everything at this location. Filthy tables and prep area. The employees stare around not working, they’re all miserable being there. This place needs a management overhaul, the worst chipotle ever.

Clearly the person working online orders doesn’t pin their hair up before making orders! 🤢 3 long strands of hair in my bowl! Disgusting! Never again

Bruh, if Im paying for double portion they better give me a DOUBLE PORTION of meat, not 1 1/2… is 27$$$ like…. Everyday I swear they are serving less and less meat

Ordered for pick up and my bowl was missing the steak and beans. Don’t order pick up, your order will always be missing items.. not sure why I’m shocked if this always happens.

I think it’s chipotle as a whole now but I just ordered lunch from this location and they gave me a grand total of like 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I just paid nearly $20 for a bowl of f****** rice. Don’t bother ordering from here. All chipotles are skimpy now but this place takes the cake.

Went to chipotle on a TUESDAY AFTERNOON and they didn’t have anything in stock. No steak, no fajita peppers, no beef just chicken and pork. After settling with chicken, I come home with my meal and it’s ice cold! I live less than 10 minutes away, yet my corn and other toppings (beans,etc- no sour cream) WAS ICE COLD!!! Worst chipotle ever.
